I entered the code "THANKS" to my order but did not receive the $5 discount, after signing up at your site. I placed the order *******-1, but you owe me $5, not to mention the time and trouble I went through.
The total price comes up as two different figures as a result of the shipping address (Australia as opposed to US) - one is $19.55 and the other more (I have lost the screen on which it was written). It would be easier for the shopper to have a consistent price - once Australian delivery address has been written in, not to default back to the assumption that it is US.
I think the shipping is too high. You can get the book cheaper than the shipping. Even though USPS does charge more it still doesn't come to $3.99 each and I think when one purchases from the same dealer, you should get them for a cheaper rate.
I would rate it 4 stars. It has great rates and many of the same item to compare. But I don't like that the shipping is separate from the cost. I'd rather have the total cost already calculated to filter the search list from least expensive to most. But I can easily click the item details and look each item over quickly.

Perhaps I'm spoiled by Amazon, but your policy of dropping items from my basket after 12 hrs is irritating, and when changes occur to my basket the change isn't identified beyond "A change occurred..." - would be nice to know what had been removed.
