Easy to understand process, what the site is, how it works and how to place orders. My first experience so all is good now.
The interface is really hard to navigate and is holding you back from having more sales. I have ordered hundreds of dollars of books from other retailers because the shipping charge shows until the las tminute and does not look like it will be netted to Zero even though I ordered enough books. So... would be unlikely to use in the future or recommend unless the interface is updated.
