My two favourite authors, and the books are just as described when they arrive, and even with having ti change my out-dated password it was still easy to navigate the website.
Credit/debit card handling is inflexible and error reporting is limited when a card cannot be processed.
Use of dark patterns means that I got signed up for the newsletter because I forgot to explicitly uncheck the box for signing up.
Great site, easy to use and have a lot of books im looking for. I dont like the standard £3.99 del charge for each book so it depends on the book and availability.

Beware when buying multiple products as may come from various sources meaning excessive postage costs.

I'm still buying books from Alibris because of the excellent flat-rate postage. As to rest of Alibris it's down to one star. The service to customers is crap, you just don't care. I had a delivery of two DVDs, I didn't order them and emailed to say so. One of my orders was lost, I emailed about that (twice I think) but got replies to either customer query. Alibris just couldn't care less about customer queries.,
Is something going awry at Alibris? In late November I received a four DVD box set of Bramwell. I didn't order this and sent an email immediately about this. I received no reply. My order 74118949-2 (November 4) never arrived, yet the tracking details said it was delivered...it wasn't. I think I deserve a credit note for this order.
Would be better if received update once item has arrived at uk shipping distribution center.
