One of the best and easiest online purchases I have ever made! I like how mixed the furniture on their website is. Found what we needed for our patio easily... The simple ordering process on their website is a big plus. I received an email confirming my order and another notifying me that it had been shipped. When the patio chairs and table arrived, I was blown away by their quality. I expected the furniture to be satisfactory given their low price, but they exceeded my expectations. They are sturdy and beautiful!

Our recent order from Affordable Seating turned out to be a real gem! The booths were exactly as described, and the craftsmanship was impressive, especially with the plush cushions and button tufting. The wood stools and chairs were equally fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the quality of our new furniture!
However the customer service during the delivery tracking process left us a little frustrated. Thankfully, the furniture arrived in excellent condition, but the communication could use some improvement. Overall, we had a positive experience.

Their customer service is attentive and they were patient and pleasant every time I called to check the status of my order. Bought chairs and tables, quality is great, they were well packaged. Downside is that the order was late for more than 4 weeks.
I placed an order for a chair. It came with the legs attached extremely unevenly, leaving them wide open to fill with debris. I contacted Affordable Seating and they were apologetic for the manufacturer defect and said I would be refunded and returning the chair was not necessary. I waited, no refund. I reached out and began corresponding with Eric, he says they offer no refunds because I bought a single chair and it is typical for single items to be damaged in shipping… what does that even mean?
These folks do not stick to their policies or their word.
I do mot recommend doing business with them.
These tables began falling apart after 30 days. Extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the table and chairs. I DO NOT recommend ever buying from Affordable Seating unless you seek inferior products.
More than a thousand dollars worth of order delivered in a winter holiday which was damaged. Their response "it's not our responsibility". They wan us to pursue the shipping company. Total dissatisfaction. We are stuck with unusable benches we ordered. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy restaurant furniture to continue looking outside of this company. My experience has been a disaster so far. I placed an order on February 28th for new table tops for a restaurant I am opening- the website guaranteed delivery in 3-4 weeks and items were all listed "in stock". I never received anything indicating my order was delayed and every time I call the customer service line the agent just tells me that they are unable to confirm my order status or when it will be shipped. There was no delay in taking my money for the items I have not received. My restaurant is ready to open... just one problem I have NO TABLES!
After my experience with this place I will only buy now from Amazon, Walmart or Wayfair. I don't consider any other on line seller. I got my item but it was pins and needles all the way. I ended up chasing the delivery van down the road after they left my road because they had no lift to deliver it with. My husband and son lifted it off the truck. Delivery company with whom affordable seating probably owns, then took advantage of my credit card to help themselves to white glove extra service that never took place. Sad but they ruin it for legit companies. I lost dispute with my bank. They really are very dishonest and if you read the good reviews you can tell they are staged. Also the booth I got the wood where you legs touch when you stand up we're not sanded or smooth. Got some really nasty cuts. If I were a retailer I would get sued.
I paid over $23,000 for chairs from this company. Where to start, chairs took over 3 months to arrive, they never had the fabric that is shown on the website, so we had to buy elsewhere and have it shipped. An additional cost... Finally the chairs come...wrong size 17" wide not 22"inches wide, vinyl was completely different than what was on the site. Email, call, email, call...got me nowhere. We had waited to unpack the chairs because they were NOT what we ordered. After getting several emails from Eric, we are basically scr...ed. So we start to unpack, dents, scratches, terrible pack job... The only saving grace is the rest of our properties will not be ordering from Affordable Seating, you shouldn't either!

We were notified by our third-party supplier that their inventory was wrong, and we offered you fabrics that were immediately available. However, you decided to choose an alternative fabric, which took two weeks to arrive. We shipped your furniture on June 23rd, which is right around the 10-week lead time that we advertise for custom items.
I've asked you to provide me with the seat sizes that you were expecting, but I haven't received that information yet. I'm not sure where you got those measurements from, but I would be happy to look into it if you can provide me with more details.
You also mentioned that the furniture was damaged when it arrived. I asked you to send me pictures and a summary of the damages, but I haven't received a response yet. I would like to investigate this further so that we can make things right.
I understand that you're frustrated, and I want to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We're willing to make an exception to our policy and allow you to return the furniture if you're not happy with it.

I am also in the group of "wish to hell I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering". Wrong table tops, missing pieces, cluster f**k of a delivery. Customer service is an absolute joke! You'd have better luck and more fun with an IRS audit. $24,000 spent and all I get for assistance with the mistakes and missing parts is pound sand. This is not a company, it's a mafia racket posing as a manufacturer. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all possible cost!
We verified that the customer received what they ordered per the images they sent. The customer was comparing the tables to another type of tables from a different manufacturer. Furthermore, the customer emailed us pictures of products from different manufacturers.
Our intention was to pick up the tables and offer the customer a credit to choose a different table but the customer assembled the products and currently using them.
There is a current docksearch occurring on the customer's missing pallet. Once we have an answer from the carrier, we will be able to move forward.
I ordered a custom booth in mid May 21. No word from them. In mid June I reached out and it was clear something was wrong. They followed up with an email. It said it was supposed to ship by June 10. This date had already passed. So I asked again for an update. I received nothing in response. My order arrived in August. But only one piece of 2 arrived and it was damaged. It took two weeks for them to find the other piece. Someone decided that when they found it 75 miles from us, they needed to ship it 500 miles north. Then back to 75 miles away. It then took over a week for it to be shipped to me. So our booth was finally complete mid August. Fortunately the damage is not visible. This company absolutely sucks. I even reached out to the CEO and received no response. Crappy companies are often that way from the top down. This is definitely one.
Really great company to work with, huge inventory and fast delivery. The booths are just as described on their site with elegant button tufting. The wooden chairs are stylish. I'm thrilled with my purchase and can recommend them for anyone looking for quality furniture.
I am pleased with the furniture I bought from Affordable Seating. Ordered some industrial-style metal bar stools for my bar area and they are excellent! The black frame finish and wood back look amazing, just as the sales agent advised me over the phone. I am excited to order matching tables from them soon and I have no doubt that they will be just as great as my previous purchase.

I renovated my bar in Welland, Ontario. I purchased booths and they were custom made to my exact size requirement. The booth backs were made higher for more privacy. They were custom made, and shipped to my door for a lot less money than I could find in
Canada. The quality and workmanship was excellent! As well, I purchase bar stools at a far better price than anywhere else. It has been one year now since and everything has held up perfectly. I am expanding my bar and I am not even shopping around, I am simply placing my order. And I almost forgot to mention, the service is outstanding! My service reps name was David. I hope he is still their.
I was lured into using this site by great prices and good customer service on the front end. After two months of waiting I still do not have the products I ordered and no one can tell me when I can expect them. Erick the customer service manager is the most ineffective person I have ever spoken to. All he could tell me was to send an email because he can not provide information over the phone. He is not pleasant and not helpful. No one there is and every time you ask a question the answer is you will have to wait at least 2 days for a response. I will never make this mistake again.

Can overstate how helpful their support agents are. I couldn't figure out how tracking works and they kept me updated the entire time manually with emails after I phoned them up only once. I knew where my order was the entire time. Bought some nice modern styled chairs and tables and metal frame bar stools. Delivery was reasonable, 3 weeks.
