Affordable Seating

Ordered patio arm chairs, as well as patio table tops, table bases, and solid wood table tops for our restaurant. The furniture arrived fast and without damages. The order was without a hitch. Thank you very much.

I had a fantastic experience with Affordable Seating and their sales agent Eric when purchasing booths for my business. The different sizes and configurations allowed me to create the perfect seating arrangement and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The customer service was amazing and Eric went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my order. I would recommend Affordable Seating to anyone looking for quality seating options.

I bought a lot of different booths from Affordable Seating and I couldn't be happier with my experience with the company and the Eric the sales agent. The booths were exactly what I was looking for and the different sizes and configurations allowed me to create the perfect seating arrangements.

The customized booths I ordered from them look great in my restaurant. They look better than expected and are well made. The delivery time was long though, 4 weeks.

SHOULD AVOID this company, if you need furniture in time or if you want to get the right refund for bad products. Here's what happened to me:

(5/20/2020) I ordered 19 tables for my restaurant, which was said in stock
(Late July, 2020) Tables arrived after months of delay. It was realized that they had not been in stock - Lie
(10/13/2020) Filed a complaint about a round table which had a bad case of warping.
AffordableSeating offered me a refund for the table.
(1/6/2021) Refund check was received, however with the wrong amount. $109 as opposed to $508.
Contacted for the correct amount.

Customer Service in AffordableSeating said, "I am sorry about this mistake, I will have the correct amount mailed to you."
As of 4/1/2021
No action since then, even though I contacted them several times to get the update for the refund check. Every time for more than two months. I got the same responses. "It is being processed by accounting department. Customer Service cannot do anything. Custmers are not supposed to talk to them. Customers can only wait. No expected date."

Excellent service, the tables and chairs are gorgeous, and they arrived earlier than expected! They were packaged with enough of protection to prevent damages and came right on schedule.

Bought a set of 4 metal x back patio chairs and a matching table. Delivery was a few days late... The furniture looks nice. Have to wait for the test of time and review the durability then.

The delivery time was not acceptable. Eric from support assisted me in tracking the order, however it still took more than 10 days longer than the scheduled delivery date.

Bought a wooden dining table for our kitchen area and it looks awesome. Delivery time was 4 days with a courier service. The table looks sturdy and ordering on the website was easy.

5 days delivery for 40 wooden chairs and wooden 8 tables. Great customer service and very good packaging. 5 stars from me!

The delivery time for 3 booths I bought was OK. The order arrived within the quoted time. Ordering was easy and the quality of the booths is great.
