I have in the past received excellent service and no problems placing my orders. Today I had to re enter my address 3 times and still was told it was wrong. Also, $20 for a 5 oz order shipping charge is awful! This order was for my church. Very disappointed!

After trying 6 coupons/promo codes, all of which did not work, I gave an unsatisfactory rating to this company. My order totaled $973.00, and I felt that at least one of the coupons should have worked. The company ended up giving me a 10% discount, for which I am grateful (after the complaint). The six coupons were: April175, SAVE10, ECS1432, CYBERACC, APRILAED3, and DECPADS19. A couple of those coupons were supposed to be 20% off, but I am still grateful that the company applied a 10% discount to my order.
