Liked some of the outfits sent others back. Some were duplicates
I received my order after a slight delay and had misunderstood how one of the sale items and customer service was very helpful in resolving my issue right away. I love the products and appreciate that they were so quick to help me.
Don't buy from here. They charged me for a VIP I never signed up for. They also tried to charge me for item they didn't have in stock then gave me "store" credit. When I reached out to them and they told me I had contacted the wrong department. In a good business they would have forwarded my email to the correct department. When I emailed the right department they didn't contact me until I disputed the transaction with my bank. I ordered in July and contacted them with my issues in August. Then Sept 1st all the sudden I'm getting texts that I'm a VIP and next thing I know I see $40 charges to my card. POS company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

One of the three bras I ordered fit properly even though they are all the same size. The other two bras don't fit and dig in on the side. The designs are beautiful and the matching sets are great. I just wish they were more comfortable/fit better.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
