The Elite box is so fun! It makes underwear shopping so much easier. I love the surprise of what might be coming and trying on all the items to see if I like the fit and returning is so super easy. I really enjoy it!

I paid to make a customer set for 55.00 and paid the 4.95 fast shipping fee and they 1 did not make it by date promised then when they did arrive the pattern was all wrong and the band didn't have it custom print as I chose and was supposed to be part of the 55.00 custom feature so I was furious and will probably not shop there again

I have been with Adore Me since 2020. I am quite satisfied with what I've ordered over the years. The quality of their sleepwear and lingerie surpasses the great value of their line. I plan on being a fan for a long while.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
