I would stay away from this merchant and go to either amazon or B&H --- the customer service is so bad and they constantly make misrepresentations.
Also, many of the items are cheaper than you will find elsewhere but the quality is so bad, spend the few extra dollars and get a brand name.
I placed an order for over 1000 dollars that was supposed to be delivered early December. Although it was said to be left at my door step, I did not receive it, have not been issued a refund or a replacement order processed. Originally, they stated a refund would be issued by them on December 14,2018, after UPS completed they investigation, which was part of their procedure. I have actually looked into this and this is very rare for merchants to do, but I trusted them. After no response from them, I again contacted them on a number of occasions and was told, the UPS investigation would be completed on December 24th, and that a refund would be processed. After Christmas, I was given yet a different story by Helen Oster, one of their rep. Stating they would not issue the refund and, or a replacement. She was also not responsive to my other concerns.
They have essentially stolen my money, and will not take any responsibility. This company has no ethics. I week after this order that went missing, I had trusted them and bought over a 2k camera, with a defect and they will not even respond to my concern yet within 30 days.
From speaking to many representative, (including a senior rep in NYC -Helen Oster ---- (their call centers in Asia are of no help) both email and some voice calls, I have they lying. When you buy items, merchants should be more interested in building loyalty and repeat business. This company has no care or respect for its customers, and they have lost a very expensive account.
Be very careful with you hard earned money, stay away from them. Check out their very many negatives online and via the better business bureau..
Ordered a 1.5TB through e-bay. They shipped me a 1.0 TB hard drive instead, but I didn't really check out until 5 months later. When I reported the problem, they had me send them the serial number, and the model number. After I sent them all the information they asked for, they told me it had gone past their policy duration and that they weren't going to do anything.
Why ask for all that information if they're going to essentially do nothing about it?
This is the type of practice that I expect from shady online retailers. 1) Either shady shipping practice (bait & switch), or poor shipping logistic process 2) poor customer service practice that, in this particular case, will cause me never to buy from Adorama again.
Amazon realizes that to compete with with a B&M, the customer service has to be extraordinary. Adorama apparently has not realized this, and will most likely remain a small operation that will eventually be run over by the likes of Amazon.
Save yourself some headache and deal with a better online retailer. Things might be okay if everything goes well with Adorama, but if something goes wrong, don't expect them try hard to fix it. Read their fine-prints carefully.
Addendum 4/13/2015:
After many back and forth with their "customer disservice", they have done nothing but accusing me of confusing the hard drive with other purchases. I only purchased 3 hard drives last year, and two of them are 2TB portable from Staples.
Helen contacted me later claiming that the hard drive was shipped by B&H, and she's asking me to contact B&H instead. I have not dealt with B&H since 2011. I got a feeling Adorama is continuing the practice of laying blame on the customer and attempt to discredit their competitor B&H.
Ordered some Klipch speakers for a very good price. The speakers sound great. Arrived very fast! Would buy from again.
Arrived ok, and Adorama is fine, but the new 2530$ - 16 MacBook Pro right out of the box has a small dent :(
Update: Helen, who is Adorama's customer advocate, contacted me and extended the offer of the POGO cloud as advertised on BRADSDEALS. The offer was extended to ALL customers who signed up for VIP accounts, so it was not a special offer for me. If you have a problem with "basic" customer service, I recommend contacting Helen for a swift resolution.
Original Problem:
Adorama offered a free POGO cloud (they stated it was valued at $149) in a bundle with Adobe Photoshop on BRADSDEALS. Because there was no weekend customer support, I sent a note containing the BRADSDEALS offer and said I wanted to ensure they included the cloud with the order, which I placed because it was such a good deal with the cloud. Instead of verifying that they were not honoring the free offer, they sent me a note that they had shipped Adobe Photoshop and I could get the cloud free if I bought a warranty... with no mention of the different offer on BRADSDEALS. I put a comment on BRADSDEALS that Adorama did not honor their offer, and BRADSDEALS withdrew it from the website, but no one responded to my comment, although I copied Adorama. I'm not sure that I'll keep their product, but I definitely will not recommend this site.
4k quality isn't good enough. It is great for those who just started working with full-frame cameras. Great value for this quality, but not for pros.

Ordered pictures on a Sunday for expedited printing. Paid the extra fee of about $8. On Monday went to Manhattan location and they said it wouldn't arrive until tomorrow and they would refund my expedited charge. Right away I knew this was going to be an issue. If you can't expedite printing, don't offer it. Luckily I could wait one more day. I asked what time it would be there and was told between 1 and 2 as it has to come from the brooklyn location.
Tuesday I call the customer service line to find out if I was going to get my order today and was secured that yes it would be on the second truck out. I stop by adorama in Manhattan at 4 when I took my lunchest break and was told they don't have my pictures. I asked how is that possible? You specifically told me it would be here between 1 and 2. The sales associate replied well it didn't come on the truck. You need to wait for tomorrow. I proceeded to respond that no i absolutely do not need to wait. This was supposed to be here yesterday. Then today and yet it's still not here. This is absolutely unacceptable. They then gave me the number for the manager at the brooklyn location to take it up with them. So I called and was told the manager is busy and couldn't answer the phone. I spoke to another sales associate who said my order missed the truck and there was nothing they could do. I told them I am a very unhappy customer, that I need this to order for tonight as that is when my customer is having their party. She said well you need to come to brooklyn to pick it up by 6 or you'll have to wait for tomorrow. I said that is impossible because I'm at work. So with her snarky attitude she tells me well have someone you know come pick it up. Not once did I receive an apology for the mistake on their ends, not once but twice. Although they guaranteed it would be on the next truck out, it is absolutely impossible to believe them, being they guaranteed me that the day before. How a company like this forgets to put an order on the truck, is beyond me. If I had a several thousand dollar order I'm sure none of this would have happened. Will never shop with them again

I received an e-mail from Adorama describing the Rebel EOS Rebel T6 (EOS 1300D) DSLR kit bundled with an unbelievable collection of accessories, including an 18mm F/3.5 to 75mm F/5.6 IS lens, a 75mm F/4 - 300mm F/5.6 III lens, UV, CP, and ND 58mm filters for each lens, a 16 GB SDHC UHS-1 memory card, an extra battery, a Canon camera bag, a lens cleaning kit, and the Corel Photo-Video-Art Suite software which includes PhotoMirage, PaintShop Pro 2019, VideoStudio SE 2019, Painter Essentials 7, and AfterShot Pro 3.
