We have had our seats for a year and they work great. Wonderful customer service when one of our ports broke. They sent it in less than a week with an easy video to replace.
Huge selection of fine home theater chairs and seating in addition to friendly and helpful staff! Richard the showroom manager was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while attending to our questions and concerns about home theater chairs! He was able to explain how to connect the SoundShaker amplifiers I would need to connect to my Anthem AVM-70 pre/pro! That took a lot of worry off my mind because I didn't know how to connect it all up! It's wireless! Awesome!
I purchased 7 Apex home theater chairs for my dedicated HT room! THEY are NICE! Adds that elegant touch of awesomeness my home cinema experience! The sound shakers...WOW they kick and add that 4D movie experience! Just wow's my guest and my family! Tray tables are awesome and I got a bonus tablet and cell phone holder with my purchase just for writing a review for 4Seating! That's real handy!
We have had our sofa for 2.5 years. We bought the Cavalry Big & Tall. My husband is 6'4", 225 lbs. He is tall, not big. The sofa is rated to 400 lbs. The seat is crushed under weight. The 7000 grade leather is faux leather, not real or 7000 grade. It is an expensive sofa to be breaking down so soon.
Zack at 4seating took the time to go through the best options for seating in our Home Theater. We discussed how many chairs per row. He took the time to answer all my questions on the products. Just an amazing experience
Megan in customer support took the time to help with a few replacement trays that came defective. Just an amazing experience with her as well.

I got the standard 4 Seatcraft Virtuoso and love the quality as it really feels the same if not better than the high end movie theaters. It is very comfortable and love all the features it comes with and very happy I decided to go for the additional features.
There was a mix up with sound shaker ordering which the customer service representative corrected quickly accounting for the inconvenience and provided top notch customer service (Thank you Megan). Shortly after I found that one of the lights were not working and Manuel (Manny) on a separate call walked me to thought to find a loose cable that came loose during transport. He spent the time with me and never made me feel rushed. Even with these issues, they took care of me and the wait time when calling in was non existent. The service alone has made me a loyal customer and I would find it very hard for any competitor to match the level of service and care I received. Thank you!

Our experience with 4seating.com has been fantastic. We found them from an online search and reached out via phone for additional sales information. Our salesman, Joseph, was very helpful. The furniture delivery was timely and the chairs are gorgeous and just as we expected. When I recently contacted customer service, Megan was able to quickly resolve my issue. There was no hassle and I was able to email and speak with a live human :) Every interaction has been positive. Highly recommend!

On November 28th 2023 I ordered a Seatcraft Republic gray leather loveseat, after ordering I got looking at the reviews and if I would have done the reviews first I might not have ordered but I can say that everything 4seating.com said what was going to happen, happened, how it was going to ship, how quick I was going to get my loveseat, it was spot on, I live in Southeastern Michigan and the couch came out of the south end of Texas, when it got here, on time, there wasn't a single mark on the box, I opened box while the trucking company was still here delivering to make sure I was getting what I ordered and there was absolutely no damage to the box or loveseat and exactly what I ordered, a few weeks later a family member put a slight dent in my cup holder so I got a hold of 4seating.com and explained what happened and I paid for another one, it promptly came out except it was a Black Chrome, not a Silver Chrome that I needed so I called them back up and they are now sending me out a silver Chrome at no extra cost.
Sales people are border line harassment. And when you ask to be removed from contact. They are extremely rude! I dealt with Zack at 4 seating. Worst services ever

Had a conversation with Megan Moore and she was awesome! She was very patient while I rambled through my explanation of what was wrong with my 4seating home theater set. She guided me through the relevant steps to get the right information about the parts the parts needed to repair my seats and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. She also directed me to parts of their websites where my questions were answered. Megan was nothing short of amazing and nice. Was easy to talk to as she made sure she heard you right by repeating your feedback. She had the parts needed posted by fedex to arrive within 3-5 days.
