Ordered a mini fridge when I got there they were sold out but offered me other similar choices with what was in stock. Very satisfied with product and customer service.
I received the AC unit in three days which was fine but when I opened the box, that's where it all went down the drain. The drain spout on the back of the unit was broken off flush with the unit. Since the broken off spout was not in the box, I knew that this happened before it was boxed up. I had to use flex glue to install a metal tube into the open hole to make my own drain spout. The panel for my window to use to vent the exhaust from the unit out of the house was broken in half. Once again I had to rig something up to use the panel. The unit came with a remote control, but it wasn't the one for my unit. It was a completely different brand remote control than the unit. The unit is also very loud. Sounds like the fan is struggling. Oh well, you live and learn!
Its a long story but in short you will get something similar to what you ordered but probably more damaged than promised and missing, damaged, and incorrect parts. Just save yourself some time and buy new. It's not worth the hassel.

Total destroyed by UPS.freon leaked all over inside box.styrofoam melted.leaked all over inside box.although outside box in big print states FRAGILE.Do Not Drop.obviously not respected such info.it was NOT shipping company fault.ALL fault of UPS...hope it will be easy to return.afraid to go thru this again...but will try.again 3Gorillas has been great so far.hope rest of process same result from 3Gorillas.
The ordering process was easy but I would look up the product and it would be in stock but then my friend would look up the same product and it would be out of stock.

Only thing I don't like is that the billing address and shipping address have to match.
The 80lb ac unit was delivered quickly within 2 days and is working like a charm. Quiet and perfect for a small room. Will see when the next peco bill arrives if the cost savings will pay for the unit in a year.

I was a little reluctant to buy refurbished, but after watching their video, I was convinced. I just hope they live up to their hype. Free shipping and no tax was a bonus.
I received the order, but the box was very beat up from shipping. Upon opening the box I found that most of the plastic parts, the exhaust vents, Both the large and small pieces that fit on the air conditioner and the ones that fit on the window vents were crushed. The pieces that close off those vents were also broken. I left a message at your customer service phone number telling them this on Wednesday, but have yet to get a call back or event an email to let me know that my message was listened to. It's very hot here in Colorado this year which is why I ordered and payed for this air conditioner. It won't work without the window vents, so I have received no benefit from this purchase at all.
So far so good. Happy with my product. Great customer service and will do business with again.
