Not happy with the UPS Driver. I was Home all day, watching TV in my room 2 Dogs. And NOT once did me the dogs or my room mate even hear the door bell or knock on the door. If the package did not weigh 100 LBs odds are it would have WALKED from just being dropped off at my front door, H*** for all I know someone might saw it and went to get a buddy with a truck or dolly and lucky I was in the habit of opening the door every hour checking. I Live 2 doors from a Major Street my Front door is seen from that street.
I Did notice the Window mount was cracked on one the railing sides And surprise it does not come with a Half Insert in case I was going used Both Vent holes, I just did the exhaust to outside and left the Intake to take in the room air. As both vents going out side I could not lock the window kit in my window with out Trimming that internal track piece in about a 3rd. As I mounted it on a Vertical window.
Otherwise, I notice the Unit ran good, am kinda surprise about every 3-5 mins it seems to click on when the room goes up 1 Degree from the unit setting. Would be happy if it would let the room warm up 3 degree's before it clicked back on and cool the room again so not so much on and off.
Room is a South West Room and it gets hot is who reason I needed to chill it down as going from Swing to Graves which means I sleep during the day and not trying run my whole house A/C to just chill down the master Bedroom.

Great price on this ice machine. Been looking at it on many other sites.
There were installation pieces missing. I called Danby and they are sending new parts-IN EIGHT TO TEN WEEKS, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
Customer service at Danby said this was an older product and would take longer to get parts.
So far it has been great. Quality of product and all parts being there when we set it up next week will be determining factor.

The refurbished de-humidifier had a very attractive price. What I especially wanted was memory, so the unit automatically turns back on after a power outage. It also has a built in pump. I only have it 3 days, but everything is working properly. The price included shipping. The unit arrived very quickly.
