I ordered wristbands for the first time. They are good quality, and I'm happy with the thickness and the vibrant colors. I bought the raised lettering without color differentiation. It's not that easy to read the lettering, but the company produced them exactly as I had ordered, so all is well. I just know for next time to add color so the words will pop better. I've bought t-shirts, shot glasses, can koozies, coasters, etc from this company and have been VERY pleased with their products.

I received a proof within 30 minutes of uploading my artwork and once approved, they continually updated the status of my order from production to shipping. Overall I was very happy and will gladly purchase from 24HourWristbands again in the future!

The bright pink 400 bands I bought for my student-athletes have rubbed off and are now either completely white or have patches of white and pink. These bands were used to recognize those student athletes who were able to front squat their body weight or 1.5 times their body weight based on gender. With 40 athletes in the weight room, it was a great way to easily identify who should be on front squat and who should be on back squat. After filing a complaint, I was told from a representative that after 2 weeks the color would fade and this was typical. If this was typical, I never would have ordered 400 bands for my student-athletes knowing they would fade. I had several athletes bands that faded after 3 days of wearing it. It is very disappointing to say the least.
The wristbands arrived on time, however you could hardly see the writing. These were ordered for a family as a memorial item and they were very unhappy. We reached out to customer service and have not received a response. This is very unfortunate. We were hoping this was a company we could continue to use.

The buttons came as promised and the price was half as much as other competitors. Good experience. I would recommend them!
After seeing the proofs, I was initially worried about how the items would look. I didn't think our design covered enough space; however, when I received the products they were exactly what we hoped for. So the big takeaway is to trust the process.
This was our first order from 24HourWristbands. The options and prices were good. My only issue was that even with a tracking number, I was not sure when my order would arrive. Also, because we are not open until evening, I had a number of attempted delivery notices from UPS. I will try to specify in the order next time to leave the package at the door.
