Sweatshirts run a little small, print quality is good, would be better if screen printed but i think thats on me.

We've been working to up our game in our FIRST Robotics pit. This year I built a frame to support lights and a banner, and one of my kids designed a banner for it. I was amazed at how inexpensive this was to do, and how fast it showed up! The end result is exactly what we were looking for!
I am disappointed that they were screen printed on the key chains. I specifically asked about embroidery on both sides and never was I told or advised they were printed and not embroidered.

Customer service was great, I had them make a few adjustments for the font/color with the lanyards and they made the adjustments very quickly and the lanyards came as ordered for the most part. However, the metal connection piece that connects the lanyard to the badge clasp appears to be a metal wire twisted around instead of the nicer square-looking piece, that we ordered. Other than that, everything looks good.
The ordering process was not easy because of the agent's heavy accent and difficulty understanding my instructions. However, the product was done perfectly, looked great and was delivered a two days ahead of my due date. I would use them again.

The variety of clipart available was great. I received my order before the projected delivery date and they were a big hit at my daughter's tennis banquet. Other parents were surprised and commented on how perfect they were!
WORST COMPANY TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM!
They lied about shipping speed, and they did not respond to my support tickets in a timely manner. When I realized my order was on hold 4 days after I approved it, I proceeded to tell them "DO NOT SEND MY ORDER TO PRODUCTION"; It would never make it on time for the occasion. THEY IGNORED ME AND PROCEEDED TO SEND THE ORDER TO PRODUCTION 2 DAYS LATER. Now I will have 25 political campaign signs delivered next week [after the election] WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The items were delayed a day past the event and the day promised. The items looked good, though the detail was hard to make out due to the design, not the execution.

This is my 5th order with 24HourWristbands and they did a great job working with me to get the rally towels exactly the way we wanted them as well as here on time for our event. Would've been 5 stars but I had to do some pushing to get the deadline met...maybe I should add that 5th star because they did get it done for me! Would use them again.
I am very impressed with our wristbands; they came in quicker than expected and I appreciate that. The one thing I don't love is how our words on the inside were not able to have color, so you don't really notice it.
I paid the extra fees to ensure the wristbands would arrive by 9/20 which I thought would be fine as the memorial event was 9/23. The wristbands did not arrive until 9/26. These were for remembering their 16 year old friend who died from cancer last year.

I ordered two sets of custom cloth wristbands and a set of plain paper wristbands, paying extra for rush delivery on both. Throughout the process, I called multiple times to confirm everything was on track, and each time I was reassured that my order would arrive on time. Unfortunately, it did not. Not only was the delivery late by three days, but the custom wristbands also arrived completely blank—missing the branding that was crucial for my event sponsors.
Despite speaking with customer service four different times, each representative assured me that everything was "good to go," which was clearly not the case. This failure cost us an important branding opportunity at a critical event. I was even asked to pay for another rush order when the first one was delayed.
The lack of follow-through and accountability here is unacceptable, and I will definitely not be ordering from 24hourwristbands again.
