A botched order from another vendor left us needing wristbands for a large event within a week. A quick google search led me to 24HourWristbands, where we able to get fully custom wristbands, with accessories and installation included, within 48 hours. Incredible!
Do not order Charcoal grey with a full print, it comes dark green instead of grey. They only gave a 10% discount to "fix" the situation even though the color was important to our branding guidelines. Ended up going somewhere else to get the correct product.
We ordered 300 cups imprinted for National Library Week. About 10 of the cups were damaged upon receipt. They were randomly spaced so it's not like they were the bottom of the box. The hardest part was getting the stacks of cups apart, as they had individual pieces of plastic between each cup. Overall I was pleased. And so were our patrons with their token.
I ordered these stickers and was given an estimated delivery date of March 12. I understand it's estimated but I received it 10 days after that on the 22nd. They came too late for what I needed it for.
When I tried calling customer service they could do nothing for me.

The order I received was late because of a "glitch" per their email to me, and I still had to pay for the entire product, which was useless past the date of our event. Will never use them again and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. They did refund what I paid to rush the order, but like I said, useless product now.
I ordered bands for my husband fighting Lymphoma to share awareness and thank his supporters. Very pleased with the ability to personalize the wristbands. I sent my own logo to add to our bands and it looks great.
Very hard to communicate with when you have a problem, very poor follow up, no customer satisfaction, when you reach out to them on the phone the customer service people don't know what is going on and they cant make any decisions
I honestly thought they were a scam because the deals were too good to be true. However, I was so happy to find out they are just that good. Our products arrived quicker than expected and were accurate. They delivered proofs promptly! Their site is user friendly. Great purchasing experience.
I have a drawer full of can coolers from various vendors and the ones I bought from 24hourwristbands.com the lowest quality material. I'm embarrassed to hand them out with my logo on them. Extremely thin. I also did not expect them to be white inner material.
