These are the softest T-Shirts I have ever felt! Everything came out great! My order was easy to place and they arrived in a few days! Will order again!

Love all the items! Having a holiday a party and my whole family is wearing them.

I would suggest that all the Christmas sayings be an option in the 3/4 shirts. I didn't look at the shirts and sweatshirts and group shirts till after and noticed there was a few saying in those options that were not in the 3/4 sleeve adult humor ones.

First purchase from 21Threads... Seemingly easy to use website and great looking designs. Will hope the products fit and feel as comfortable as they look.

Shipping was delayed. Luckily i ordered with plenty of time to spare. Otherwise the shirts are nice.

Took too long of a time to get a response to exchanging for smaller sizes, but situation has been rectified to my satisfaction. Nice shirts. I would order from 21Threads again.

So far so good. Ordering has been a breeze with plenty of special offers to choose from. However, the clothes finally arrived and the fabric was thin and the shipping slower than advertised.

I paid 20$ for expedited shipping to arrive withing a couple days. The shirts have not arrived and I intended on wearing them to a party. I fee that 21 threads should minimally have to refund the shipping costs for their error. If the shirts don't arrive in time, I wont even want them anymore. At this point in time, I would not recommend 21 Threads to anyone who wanted a quality experience.

So far, the products available for purchase are pretty cool. I love the shirts, comfortable material. They fit a little bigger than regular sized shirts but all in all, they were a hit.

Customer Service excellent. The quality of the shirts is comfortable and loose fitting yet flattering. The price of the shirts are very reasonable especially with all the promo codes being offered

Have received no reply from customer service. Have attempted twice. Ordered shirt Order #*******. Was to be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Received after 18 days. Too late for 12/01 event. Requested to return unopened for refund. No reply. Twice. I now see fine print on website says refunds only in form of store credit. Would you return - will be out of money and without product. See their BBB rating. Wish I would've reviewed ahead of time.

It's been about 2 weeks since I placed my order. I contacted their support link and they were on it. The explained what the issue was, corrected it, and offered me a percentage credit. Great recovery!

Customer service was a pleasure to deal with. Any questions and or concerns were addressed promptly. Customer satisfaction is a priority for them!
