I've made three different orders. In two of them I received all my stuff. In the third one there was a product out of stock and they refunded me without a problem.
The only issue is the long delivery process. But given the fact that it's free, I have to be patient. Overall, good experience.
Management support needs improvement and urgency to resolve a case, especially the time frame of delivery and refunds. But so far, they are trying their best to update me and follow up on my complaints.
Customer service were amazing. Good response.

I was excited to discover 1outlets - as an expat in Asia for 10+ years, your site has some items I simply can only get back in the US. My package arrived yesterday and I am happy now I have about $400 of items in my wish list and will order again soon. Thank you.+-
Just want to share that although 1Outlets didn't get to deliver my ordered item due to some issues on export documents but I am happy to report that their customer service was very professional in trying to resolve the issue. Several of their support staff made extra effort to get in touch with me.
AND my refund was processed without any hassle on my part.

Having looked everywhere to find a USA filter with no luck in the UK I accidentally found 1outlets.com and found what I needed. Did take a while to arrive but it came from the other side of the world, but arrived safely and in good order. Would recommend 100%.

I placed an order and it was cancelled the next day by them. Luckily their customer support was very helpful and refunded our money immediately. I must admit they responded to my mails pretty quickly and no problem at all to get our refund.
They canceled my order not long after I made the purchase on their site. Why has it been 3 months and no refund. They said they'd give full refund within 30 days. Well, it's nearly 90 days. No one should purchase from them. They are not legitimate.

They reply to my concerns in a very timely manner. I just wish that shipping time can be cut to a shorter time and they could advise me in advance if a seller or supplier cannot accommodate my order not when it's nearing the estimated time of arrival. But they were very helpful nonetheless.

I have made one order only and my experience was great but the order took one month for delivery but that's totally fine and definitely I will order more.
I received my refund after more than 3 months. All my emails are ignored and no reply received from them after they fail to deliver my orders on July 9,2019. I requested my friend in Singapore to call their office and that's the only time they emailed me and process my refund. I received my refund on October 22,2019.
After writing 2 reviews on different avenues, 1Outlets responded, promised to process the refund. Then an email on 30th July said they have sent the refund back to my bank, asked me to wait for 7-30 days and to contact them if I don't see my refund in my bank statement. Well, I checked this morning. Surprise! My refund was credited back to my bank intact on 31st July! That was fast, didn't expect it, that's why I didn't check earlier. Relieved, but lesson learnt! Do not shop online unless you're 100% sure of the integrity of your shopping site!
I placed orders for several items at different times. Only half of one product ever reached me. Some failed purchases were refunded, some were not. I am still waiting for the refunds after a year. When I wrote to remind them, I'd get a dozen messages such as this: "Good Morning, Sir/Mdm. I just like you to know that I am still here, waiting for the latest update. I will keep you in touch. Thank You."

This is a fake website. They won't ship anything. Will copy paste emails for 2 months. After that they'll stop replying altogether. I ordered on 23rd August, but they kept on saying non sense like it's under process blah blah. Now they are not even replying. Please don't be fooled like me.
Extremely bad customer service. Emailed since 2 weeks ago to verify product info- nobody care to reply. Called numerous times & no answer. Finally managed to get someone on the phone- promised to reply my email with the day but nothing. Luckily i have not place any order yet. Otherwise i think i may not even receive my item (from other reviews saying items not delivered).
Have been more than 36 days since the charged my credit card n cancelled the order. Still haven't seen any refund yet.
They did reply saying they have sent Transaction log n asked u check with your own account which is an excuse of more delay
The local currency rate was listed 30% less than the price they charged. If you're even thinking about ordering with them check the price listed in small print at the bottom listed in SGD before completing the transaction. Then go to a currency conversion site and check what that works out to in your currency. If it's notably different then pay attention to all these negative reviews. After paying, they could not send the item. They then only issued in store credit (as per their refund policy) rather than refunding the credit card that made the order. I don't want anything else from them. Utter scam!

We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
