I took very very long to receive my order and initially said it was 149 $ and another confirmation said like nearly $40 less! I emailed them about this and still haven't heard back I'm very sick and disabled or would have called right away But requested the $40 refund immediately or whatever exactly amount it was
Ordered them and a week later they still didn't arrive when I looked it up my order was put on hold. So I had to call and sort it out. Then when they arrived the box was broke and mangled but contacts were okay.
It took a month to get my contacts from the date I ordered them until I got them. I had to use some contacts from an old prescription that was two years old.
They said that the contacts would be shipped with in days. BUT oh no 3 weeks. The wait was unacceptable.
I don't think I will use this site again.
However they did send an email explaining the reason for the delay. Still it was not something that should happen when the web site touts that your order will be shipped within days. That was a lie.
Ordering experience was easy and quick. My complaint is that my contacts took over 3 weeks to ship. They were delivered only took a few days later, but if I would have known that it would take 3 weeks to ship, I would have made other arrangements. Extremely disappointed in the shipping time frame.
All I had to do was enter my prescription, wait for it to be verified, and I got them a day earlier that expected. Plus I got a year's supply at half the price of my regular optometrist. If you're thinking about it, you're already losing out. Just do it.
I loaded my script and was able to make my order in a matter of minutes which was very convenient. I ordered more than I had planned just so I would qualify for a rebate. I wish the discount would have been just taken off the total. The process for the rebate is confusing. I chose standard shipping and it took just about a week to come.
I ordered my contact lenses with an expected ship/received date. However, when they weren't delivered as expected, I had to reach out to find out that there was a delay due to low inventory. What was supposed to be 3-5 days, turned into almost 2 weeks.
Everything was easy. I was able to renew my rx and place an order with no issue. The only negative was it 11 took days for my order to ship and then according to the tracking would be another 5-7 business days to arrive. But the order arrived just a couple of days after that.
Ordering was easy. Prescription info was provided and verified with little effort on my part. Lenses were not in stock(as expected) and delay was promptly communicated to me. I received my lenses in the timeframe given. My prescription was accurate and my lenses arrived in a sturdy box which ensured no damage to my order. Best of all it was much cheaper than 1-800-contacts. I'm very happy with my order.
It took us a while to figure out that the discounted price only applied to purchases of 8 boxes. Our final invoice quotes a price of about $25 for a box of contacts plus about $10 shipping with a total bill of $61. Very confusing.
