Needed a specific type of replacement bulb- found just what I was looking for and the bulbs were expertly packed. Delivery was timely and all bulbs safely intact! Would definitely order again.
The jury is still out on the blue face masks. I brought my first mask with me to my recycle center where masks are required. I went to put on the mask upon exiting my vehicle and the glue let go on one of the elastic bands and the mask fell down. So I had to hold one side up with my hand as I went about my business. Lesson learned always bring 2 masks!
Initial order was placed and paid for. I was lied to twice about my order being picked when it was not. I was told it was ready for shipping which was extremely late. Called several times and got several different answers. They then pulled my order to complete another order after it was picked and ready to ship. Then after all that they mentioned they do not have what I ordered and paid for in stock. They had to supplement my order with shorter lights. Then reached back out and said they didn't have enough to complete my order with that. I told them to immediately send what they have and I'll find the rest somewhere else. I was never offered a discount not that I was looking for one but nothing was done to alleviate my frustration. I will not buy from them again. Customer service was nice except for the different versions I got.
Placed order on 11/22/2020. Left message to account manager on 12/4, she email me said is back ordered. Take them two weeks to tell me it's back ordered.
Overall this company has very low prices for all the professional installation of Christmas lights. I'm local to this company and didn't realize they had a will call option from the shopping cart process. That would be a GREAT feature to purchase, and select will call to save shipping costs. Other than that, great experience and prices!
Needed old school bulbs for deck string lights. Found them thru Google search. Easy online order, reasonable price and shipped in a timely manner! I'm a happy customer!
This was our 2nd time to buy from 1000Bulbs in less than a month and we were pleased with our 1st order. We placed a 2nd order that would include 3 different type of bulbs, therefore 3 shipments in one. Two were in stock and ready for shipping, one large order of bulbs - almost $200 - was on backorder. It was a few days before Thanksgiving. I was told that our in stock items would ship right away. I received electronic notification the following Monday that our backorder large shipment was now discontinued - 5 days had passed since I placed my initial order. Website showed my in stock bulbs had not shipped. I called to cancel because I was willing to pay the $30 shipping if it included the big shipment of bulbs. I was told that my small shipment had just shipped and I was still being charged the $30 shipping which was equal to my order. I did not want to pay that much for shipping for such a small order and told them I would have canceled my order and purchased elsewhere if I had known they were going to charge that much for my small shipment. Since they had already shipped, Customer Service waived my shipping fee and refunded me the shipping cost. While I was able to find the large order of discontinued bulbs I needed elsewhere, I was very pleased with 1000Bulbs Customer Service - Beth. I would definitely order from them again if they had bulbs I needed.
I try to shop locally, first.
If I need very bright LED bulbs that will fit in my small fixtures I look here.
I will also seek Any strange bulb or lighting accessory here.

Great product, Fast delivery. Perfect for the xmas lighting on our outdoor deck cover. I would recommend 1000bulbs
Super friendly staff here and good prices. The trade off is waiting for weeks to get the items. I'll return, but only for things I don't need promptly. I do want to support stores like these over Amazon, just because.
If we were to receive the correct color ordered we would have been very satisfied, Hopefully, once this is received and an e-mail to Mitzi Johnston is reviewed we will be sent purple lights as was ordered. Attached are photos clearly showing the lights are red.
Items arrived, took way longer than expected to arrive. Shipped over a week after ordering. Called customer service and was told it would ship out the same day i called (day 4 after placing order) and it did not. Shipped the Monday the following week. Would expect a more prompt shipment coming from them or at least a note stating shipments would take a week or more to ship. They did take my money right away though...
I got a shipping label with part of my order but it showed that it was all delivered! When it wasn't there I called and they said it was out of stock and they didn't notify me of this at all
The product was quick to install and worked great. I would recommend this site if you are looking for bulbs or accessories.
The picture does not do these lights justice! We bought lights for both the house and trees. The color when you take a picture is a little off, but in person trust me, these are a true beautiful Christmas red and Christmas green. They are so bright and lovely! We have had several compliments already! You won't be disappointed if you get these! I will also say my customer service rep, Jerilyn was very helpful and responsive!
I placed a small order for specialized bulbs for our school through 1000 Bulbs. The agent could not have been nicer. This was not my first experience working with 1000 Bulbs and they were just as efficient this time. I placed my order, updated my account and in less than 2 weeks had exactly what I needed. They were also priced much better than the local hardware store. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Very professional and reliable company.
I was unable to find the lights I needed locally. I searched within a 30 mile range and was unable to buy at a brick and mortar store. I took to the internet and found most places wanted a decorator license to find out a price. 1000 bulbs came through with a price $10 less then the brick and mortar stores that only had 25 bulbs so worked out great and me lights look awesome
After ordering the wrong bulbs the customer service staff fixed my order with no problems. They were prompt and courteous. I have ordered many items and will continue with this company.
