I received my order and some product was damaged and some product missed parts. Slow customer service.

I thought I was getting a great deal on a battery operated Candle light but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for and in this case I got my $1.48 worth of light from this product. The light is very dim and does not last long. Trying to find replacement bulbs is even more difficult. I am disappointed in this product.

Quick and reliable product and delivery. We can count on you when we need the product right away! Each time during this current pandemic we have received a highly affordable, reliable product delivered on or before schedule.

When I bought my track lights I had many questions. I was so happy when I called the number that a person picked up the phone with very little hold time. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The delivery was very fast and free. I plan to use 1000Bulbs for all my future needs.

Placed an order on Nov 28,2020 at 10:11 AM ad today is Dec 18,2020, 07:17 PM. The order has not been shipped yet! What is the great experience to get Christmas decoration after Christmas!...

BUT! The store charged my card right away during the order placing via Amazon. O PayPal anymore, no Credit Card payment option. Is 1000 bulbs is a scammer now? I think so.

Love these ballast bypass lamps much brighter than the ballasted LEDS I am replacing just also can't wait to receive my earned gift cards because purchased during a promo period

The PLT 4 foot bulbs we ordered worked great in our paint booth light fixtures. They will last longer than straight fluoresent bulbs and will cost less to operate.

I have ordered item Nov. 27 - received timer without case/box to mount on wall. After several emails to customer service and phone calls showing what website shows - order is still not complete. I will be contacting American Express to reverse charge next week as no satisfaction given.

Prices very good. Fast delivery. The 9 inch circline bulb developed a black area and burned out in just a few days so I put the old one back.

Ordered and received C7 LED bulbs for a Christmas display. Cool white, yellow and green bulbs. I am very pleased with the bulbs. They are as bright or brighter than incandescent bulbs. Easy ordering and bulbs were delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend ordering from 1000bulbs and will do so again myself.

I bought the soft white LED Christmas lights. The color is fantastic. They are wired so if one bulb goes out the rest stay lit. They seem to be of a high quality.

After trying several other vendors, I finally found exactly what I wanted on 1000Bulbs--2700K M16 spotlights. They were not cheap, but I didn't care. The LED spotlights were perfect for my very expensive artwork displays. Everything was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. This will be my first choice for lighting needs in the future.

I've only installed 2 of the 8 under cabinet lights I ordered. I'm 82 and my sides ache after half an hour of bending over the countertop, so I'm not going to rush the job. The lights work great. But, I hope my bride and I can live with the color. I switch them to warm white, she switches them to the cool white. Such is life!

Easy ordering to start. Then, didn't receive full order. Email to cust service was answered immediately and cordially, and the shipment was immediately made right.

Spoke to Jessica several times regarding the delay receiving my bulbs. The delay was wholey the fault of Fedex! Jessica was very helpful in getting them to me after Fedex screwed around for several days making excuses. Thanks Jessica! I would highly recommend this company for your bulb requirements!

The customer service was very helpful! The website has so many selections and the price is competitive. The only issue I have is that the shipping fee for some inexpensive bulbs are so high that you might as well go elsewhere the bulbs are more expensive and shipping is less or free! Nevertheless, they are nice people to work with!
