I was looking forward to this dress and can't believe what came. It has little resemblance. Plus super short and I'm only 5"1". Look at poor sewing - the 'jewels'! 4 out of 6 items I ordered did not fit well. Very hard to return for credit also! Company in China, mailing fees high. Will not order from this company again.

The clothes run extremely big and are not the best quality or material. There return policy is bogus so don't be taken in by their site. Please read reviews on this company who advertises under two companies. Purchase from Shein if you want nice clothes. They ship free and you can return for free. Orders come quickly.

Ordered 4 tops, all the same size. One is child size, one, another person could fit in it with me, one, way shorter than pictured, and the last is a weird material that looks nothing like the photo. Return is China, so by the time you pay that shipping, you might as well donate everything! Waste of money. Wish I would have read reviews before I purchased. Do not buy from this scam!

Horrible

I ordered 7 tops. They look like cheap halloween costumes. Horrible! It took 3 weeks to get my order. I'm still missing one of the tops. Do not waste your money. The top below should have been red. Its orange. Horrible! The decals are like a rubber iron on.

Terrible Products & Company

Products look like cheap, cartoon versions of the website pics. Nothing looks the same, and sizes are all over the place -- not true to their size charts. Shoes in "US size 9" were smaller than my 8.5's. Returns are expensive - even if sizes are wrong or pictures don't match, they make you pay for return shipping, including customs fees to return to China! And shipment to me took 6 weeks. Terrible products and NO customer service whatsoever. Pics below show just ONE example of their version vs. what actually arrived. All products were like this.

Extremely dishonest company
September 25, 2021

I purchased 2 swim suits size large the swim suits showed up and were made to fit an extra small frame. I wanted a refund but they didn't want to give that to me. So they talked me into a credit of $47.00 which they never gave me and I've been going back and forth since June. This company is dishonest and are not concerned about customer satisfaction. Take your business else where there are a ton of companies inside the United States that sell much better product then this place.

Sucks! I have a BA in textile never felt fabric like this! All 200$ US garments felt the same, it would melt if you got close to an open flame. Pants OK
But the tops not and the site tacked two I more shirts into my cart after I had made my purchase. Two of the same two shirts! I read a review where someone mailed their clothes back over a year still no credit. That why I'm keeping it. So sad and dissatisfied. I had looked on line for gauze fabric, their site came up.

Terrible return policy. Not accepting 100% return. I'll have to send it back myself, to China. Odd sizes. Material was thick and synthetic. Weird colors. Look nothing like the photos. Grandma style shirts. I want to throw them in the garbage.

Must return to CHINA for refund
February 19, 2021

I was very excited to buy their clothes, but when it all arrived NOTHING was as depicted. Things that said cotton blend were 100% polyester. Every single item ran small. So I requested a return and refund. After 1 week I had to write again(following their protocol) and they sent me their address in Guangdong, China to return. I am responsible for shipping and customs. It was shipped to me from San Francisco. That is ridiculous.
Think twice about buying their items, they are not as shown and you really cannot return them.

This sure isn't amazon prime (not even amazon prime is 2-day delivery anymore). I'm two weeks out and have no clue when I will receive my order. Their tracking system is poor. My order has apparently been at the "airport processing center" for 5 days now. Don't order with free shipping unless you have at least a month before you need the goods. Bottom line: unpredictable delivery may leave you very frustrated and you gifts late for the occasion.

STILL NO SETTLEMENT AS OF 7/11/21.
Ordered $200 worth of clothing. Followed sizing instructions to a tee.
Nothing fit - not to mention qualify was poor.
Cute, flowing dresses were not at all what you receive. Instead tight fitting garbage.
When attempting to return - was told I had to return to China using their return label.
Spent $75 to do so - only to have the box returned to me 5 months later after I continued to reach out for my refund.
To add insult to injury - was then offered a 40% refund and they did not even calculate that correctly.
They are scam artists!
Do not trust them!
