Great shopping experience! The dress is wonderfully beautiful and literally everything I wanted and more! I didn't have to change her size, but if necessary, customer service would take care of everything, so there was no problem.
I ordered two tops which look completely different colorwise than the pictures. The website says it's EASY to return items, then you find out that you have to pay shipping to China and deal with Customs on top of it! I will never purchase anything from them again.

I would not give this ANY stars if I didn't have to. My first order to Zoluck was on 11/23/2022. Went pretty crazy with over $100 spent with the Christmas sales. I JUST, now, 3/17/2023 received the last piece of my order. I tried, 3 TIMES, to return most of this order back in November as the quality of the products was so poor I for one certainly did not want to wear them and I am not that picky. Absolutely NO response. Got tired of trying and donated the clothes. Ordering? You bet easy. Beyond that...good luck. Get what you pay for? There could not be a better example than this one. Amazing website even for a person with chronic anxiety like me. My sister also bought here without problems, she loved it, she has amazing clothes and there is a better chance that it will fit me (I am SMALL, but my hips are a bit bigger), usually almost nothing fits me. I was surprised by the free shipping offers. Overall this was the best online shopping experience you could ask for. I would recommend this site to anyone :)

Quality of items not as good as appeared on line. Strange material. Sizing on small side. Some items were ok yet others looked nothing like what was advertised. Returning items was difficult as they're in China and they don't list an address or give a return label. Waiting to see if my return gets processed.

I purchased these two dress from you under the supposition they were linen.
In fact these two dresses are a polyester knit.
Coupled with another fact, that being, the colors shown are lovely & subdue. What I received was very bright with pinks being day glow pink on one & yellow with orange the same quality.
Your description was untrue insofar as fabric content & your photograph were just as untrue.
For goodness sake! This is your business & you don't even know what crap you are selling. I will be writing a scathing review regarding your product & misconceptions. It is unconscionable that you have been permitted to lie so blatantly & get away with it. Shame on you.

The clothes are very cute and the styles are nice. Living in a hot humid climate however, the fabrics with more poly than cotton makes them a little too hot for our area. The dress I bought did not look like the picture, I'm 5'9 and will have to hem it up. The tops were nice, but I can't wear them till it cools off here in Florida.
You can spend an afternoon looking. When shipping is $19, it pays to go back and look for items to get you to free shipping. Can take a while. Great choices. I would have liked more detail on the type of fabrics. But the sizing tables worked pretty well except for the dress.

'Cotton poly blend' means many things as far as softness, durability etc. I feel like this is a chancy purchase at best. Now that I've received the clothing, there is quite a disparity in sizing. I ordered 3 tops all size small (I normally wear a misses medium). Two of the items were HUGE, the other fit everywhere except the armholes (it cut off my circulation). There was a chemical on the fabric that water does not penetrate. Even after washing the fabric does not feel like a 'cotton/poly blend'. The prints themselves are beautiful, but none of the items are wearable. It was worth a try.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
