I've done about 10 transactions for my PoE game. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for my delivery. That's because I always check their inventory first. They even give bonus items at times! Nevertheless, their customer support is excellent, They are courteous and knowledgeable.
So the person i usually do the buying with left their company and i was able to meet a new guy named Matt, of their website. Not only was he extremely courteous and nice his service was good swift and efficient. Really nice company ive been with them for years and ive never had a problem. Definitely will be back. For anyone else going to the site request Matt he is wonderful!
I tried to speak with someone in charge, but "Jane" refused to give me information on how to reach them. They say they have a guarantee, but refused to tell me what is really covered. My orders through a different supplier went through in 15 minutes for over a million coin. Is taken 5 days to get and 1/8th of that amount with ZamGold. Horrible service. Failure to provide what they advertise.
I bought a lvl 915 boots. Figured with it being low gear, wouldn't be so hard. Well 2 days turned into never. When I asked for refund there live chat person replied after 10 min with- Full refund
Ok. And now I always get the agents are busy at this moment. All in all its been 2 weeks and no refund & no boots. 25$ lost forever
I've used this sight for over a year now and have purchased multiple times. Delivery is always consistent and you never have to contact them and bug them for gil. The customer support is always friend
Do NOT believe ANY positive reviews you read here; those are employees of ZamGold trying to look legit. This company is a scam and you may not EVER receive your coin. When they rip you off, don't say that you weren't warned.

Very bad company they charged my card then when i told them to cancel it the representative said please wait for our "manager"only he can refund, they still haven't refunded my 100$!

This is a scam company. Made purchase through paypal and have been to their so called live chat customer support at least a dozen times. They just keep taking my information. I made the purchase in October and it is now December and have received nothing! Their listed US phone number on website is disconnected. Do not believe these positive reviews. They are obviously employees or part of the scam themselves. Terrible terrible company.
I purchased their product making the mistake of reading the reviews on their site. Needless to say they took my money and never delivered. I've tried their live chat and they keep saying we need more time we need more time. Their website says 5 to 15 minute delivery. And refund after 4 hours. It's been 2 days. Now they won't talk to me on live chat. The phone number they list goes to a dr. Office in Pennsylvania. The other number goes to San Francisco and no one answers. Thank god they use PayPal. I filed a dispute under buyer protection.
The service by Moon is very fast and very friendly. It doesnt matter if u are waiting a little bit, because he is talking with u and explaning every step they are doing, so that u feel very good and not scammed. Love the service and will use it again

This company a few times provided great service but the last time they provided nothing and simply took my money. I purchased 30k gold for WOW they one moment would produce pictures that they purchased from the auction house then the next they said they where trying to fill my order they have been out of stock. Paypal did nothing in the end paypal said mail back the item and you can have a refund it was clear paypal didn't even read one thing I wrote. Be careful with this company they will steal from you and paypal will back them up. I 2 months later have yet to get anything from them. The picture they produced was nice but bottom line nothing ever showed up in my mail. Maybe it was a picture from a previous order I'm not sure all I know is I will never use this company again and I will warn anyone else that will take the time to listen and head these warnings.

Bought 275k worth of gold traded to me quick then asked for it back because he made a error he said he would re-trade and took the gold and logged off I contacted someone called lily I sent them screenshots and they said I was lying and now put me on hold RIp 39 bucks

I bought gold for elder scrolls, I waited hour never received it. I contacted them and they said we don't have any more of that one. I said then I want my money back, then they back with I need your order number and psn user name so we can complete these order asap. I have them the info and then waited 12 hours still nothing. So I contact PayPal, and like magic five minutes after that I got an email, sir please remove the dispute do he can deliver your gold. I said deliver the gold and then I'll remove the dispute. It's been 48 hours and still nothing. Don't use this site is a scam, it just hope PayPal can get my money back.
