I was looking for a wii balance board i could only find for $100 every else including EBAY! I find it here for $59.95! They said it was in stock and would be shipping the same day! Not only is it not in stock but coming from across the country! It has now been 3 days over a month since i placed the order and the only thing the company has done for me has refunded me a whole $6.75 which was half my shipping cost. They also said they bumbed me to faster shipping. I still have yet to get tracking on something they keep saying is on its way.ive waited less time for things from china! Their customer service people are careless burnt out people who really can care less about what i ordered or were it might be they have their money like they wanted.
I searched to find the item at the best possible price. The price seemed too good to be true, so I wasn' sure what to expect. I must say that i was happy when the items arrived. Very satisfied customer.
I recenlty took advantage of a HomeRun offer for three Freedom bras from yourstoreonline.net. The same day I bought the voucher from HomeRun, I heard from yourstoreonline with my invoice number, and I received the bras within the week! Fast, efficient service!

Ordered a product, Cancelled within 10 minutes. They said they never got the cancellation. Said just return upon receiving product. Mailed it back and after 1 1/2 months of dispute they said they did not receive the returned product. Seemed just too convenient. Felt like they just wanted to keep our money, WHAT HAPPENED TO BEING HONEST!
A good part of life is being at the right place at the right time. I was switching channels and ran across a commercial about a gel cushion. I went ahead and ordered the buy one and get one free, sinice I wanted some help in both the car and at the computer. Well everything the promo said, was absolutely true. I have always had back trouble and when I received the gel cushions I immediately put one in the car and one on my chair by the computer. I am really impressed with the benefits I received using them. I would recomend the gel cushions for anyone who has any form ofl low back trouble. Thanks yourstoreonline for coming through for me.

Do not buy from YOURSTOREONLINE.NET, I ordered space bags and they came while I was out of town for 45 days, I called they and explained that some of the bags were not working and I wanted to return my order, they stated it was longer than 30 days. I asked to speak with a manager and they stated that I could email the manager, after 10 emails and no reply. I never received an invoice, nor a shipping bill or email for tracking the package, I spent 86.00 on a case of space bags that don't work! Needless to say, it is hidden on their website that you must contact them within the 30 days for a return. They are unprofessional and they don't care if they sell bad products from China. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I contacted my credit card and disputed, however they stated that the policy was 30 day return from vendor.
We have limited closet space and my husband collects concert t shirts so I needed some help. We bought the metal space saving hangers and they worked just as promised. I am extremely pleased!
Order confirmation steps are quite confusing you will never know, I tried to order a toy on 22nd DEC 2017 but did not go thru but I got a order confirmation email on 25th DEC 2017 with subject as "Your Invoice ******* Is Being Processed" and there is a charge 11.95(my order total was 15.95) which was not mentioned while ordering.

On June 14,2013, I ordered $83.00 of special hangers. My credit card was deducted July1. Today is July 31, I still have no hangers. I was promised a tracking shipping number 3 weeks... still no tracking shipping number.
Via email, each time I inquired about the hangers... I received an email..." Order Is Proccesing". When I call, I get a recording and left waiting up to 15 minutes with no one ever coming to the telephone. To assist me, I plan to contact my local TV Station's Troubleshooting Program.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If there were negative stars to mark for this company I sure would use them. I had a question on shipping my order and the customer service (General Manager) was very rude. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he was the general manager and I would have to write to the company to make any complaints. Scott Johnson the "General Manager" who was answering customer service lines was VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I noticed that there is no where to rate your experience on their website. I wonder why. This company is a rip off.
