I was pleasantly surprised when I first opened the package. I was expecting a lot of plastic, but no... metal case, good feel and the lighters worked as advertised. Again, a great value!
Due to a work injury in December 2011 (and then surgery, then physical therapy), I was unable to use a KGB deals voucher before it expired in January 2012. When I contacted KGB deals about the expired voucher, asking about my options, they contacted yourstoreonline, who then agreed to honor the original voucher. I was blown away, as at best, I'd thought the price I paid for the voucher would be honored. To have the full face value honored - a year late - was completely unexpected, yet delightful. I am beyond tickled, and can't wait to see the animal pillows that I know my nephew will love at auntie's house. :)
After years of using a cpap machine and hating the bulky mask and the claustrophobic feel of it, I saw an ad for the Snore Relief Mouthpiece. I thought, just another gimmick. But after another night of adjusting a leaky mask, I decided to order one. The mouthpiece was bogo. They arrived quickly and I used one that night. I had a great nights' sleep! It worked. I called my doctor and told him and he wanted me to do a sleep study because he was very skeptical. I did the study with the mouthpiece and passed with flying colors. I have not used my cpap since. It's so easy to take with me when I travel too. Thank you for this marvelous invention!

I bought 4 gel cushions from your storeonline and two were defective. They leaked on my car seats. I am trying to get the company to replace them
This is the worst bunch of thieves on the web. They take your money and then send nothing. They just keep lying on the phone. When, after 4 weeks, I requested a refund, they said o. K. but kept my $51.00 anyway. Never did return the money. These people belong in jail. A bunch of stink-all-over rotten lying thieves.
Purchased the buy one get one free collaspable hose and after 20 or less uses it sprung a leak inside. Customer service sent a SORRY message stating only had a 30 day return policy. Good thing I did not give as a gift as I had intended. Will not be my store online in future. Buyers beware - with this site you can expect what you pay for or less sorry to say.
I`m 80 yrs old and found it almost impossible to put compression stockings on and then to take them off. I saw those with a zipper on the side advertised on-line and decided to give them a try. I have no trouble getting them on and off. I liked them so much I ordered 2 more pair. Fred E. Friedrich
They lie, lie, lie. Say they are shipping that date, then it is out of stock, due in in 3 weeks, still not in, no response, can't get in touch with them. Each email is just another lie. A total waste of time, and now they have my credit card info. Is that possibly the entire thing behind this... to get our info?!
Very disappointed! I didn't receive a tracking # for my order, so I logged in only to find out that it was on back-order! I did't receive an email at all to let me know of this. When I emailed customer service to cancel my order, they said that they couldn't do so because it had already shipped! Again, I never received a tracking # until after contacting cust. Svc. I received the product and it is definitely not what I expected. I won't be ordering from here again. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this site either.
I accidentally ordered something twice because the site froze as I was filling out the credit card info. It didn't tell me that the first order had gone through and I didn't get a confirmation email, so I ordered again. After receiving two separate boxes and being charged twice on my credit card the same day, I called and told them what had happened. The man was very rude and told me that it was MY fault and that I "should" have checked my SPAM folder to see if the confirmation had gone through the first time. I told him that the site had froze and he couldn't have cared less. He said I could return the item but I would still be charged the shipping and handling fee. When I told him that I would NEVER buy anything from them again, he said "good". By the way, there was no confirmation email in my spam folder. I would be very careful with this company. They seem kind of shady to me. This is why people buy on Amazon!
We purchased the mesh screen door to put on our back French door to keep the insects from coming in and allowing our dogs to go in and out. It is so easy to put up and we can actually leave the door open for fresh air to come into the house. I would highly recommend this product.
Terrible, then never ship, and dont answer the phone or livechat during "normal" business hours. Everything is on back order, and never seems to come. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for magic mesh to come in stock, even though online it said it was in stock the entire time. $#*!ty company. Spend the extra $5 and go to amazon. Atleast you will actually get it.
I would not recommend this site to people I hate much less people I like. They do not respond to inquiries, they do not ship items but they will snatch up your money quicker than quick. Do not buy from them unless you are desperate and have tons of time to wait for your item.
On an item I had recently purchased that didn't meet my expectations, YourStoreOnline customer service was quick to reply to my concern. They took the time to understand the problem and prompty refunded my purchase. 8-)
I ordered a product from yourstoreonline and needed to return it. Even though it was passed the order date of 30 days they said they would honor it. The people I talked to regarding the return were very nice and helpful.
I tried to order similar stockings from another vendor and they did not have my size. I googled and found YourStoreOnline and ordered them. I received them promptly and as advertised. I will shop here again.
