When I was first contacted by yodle, I was skeptical because I don't generally trust sales people who call out of the blue. But that call was the total truth. Nothing the salesman said was exaggerated; he never promised me above and beyond what I should expect. It's been a positive route from the start. Within the first 30 days I saw results, and within the first 60 days I made enough to pay for yodle for 6 months. The salesperson also told me I should expect follow up calls and sure enough I still get calls from reps making sure I'm being taken care of. I actually feel important to the company. Like they need me as much as I need them. I'm happy I took that call and signed up. I may believe salesmen more now!

Our phone has been ringing more since we’ve had yodle and it’s gradually getting better each month. We’ve been able to convert many of those calls to new business which is why we continue to use yodle. They also have a great, up to date, tracking website that I check regularly. Yodle has drastically helped our company with Google rankings. Before Yodle, I could not find our company with numerous different keywords. Now when I search basic keywords we are #4 on the first page, which has helped us maintain steady leads. The organization of the dashboard is great too. I can rate our leads and look at all points of contact-the duration of the call, the dates received, and listen to the recordings. It's an efficient way to keep track of what's going on with our business and our clients.

I’ve been screwed by 3-4 other SEO companies in the past but yodle is the first one to show me results. They got me to the front page with almost every keyword I asked for. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and I opened up a second listing with them because I know they deliver what they say they will.

I love that with yodle I don’t have to lift a finger when it comes to my advertising. I’m incredibly busy and it’s one thing I don’t have to worry about. They change my website whenever I want, without me having to do it. Results have been great-we get quite a few calls and it’s helped get us new clients as well.

I have been using yodle for a year and finally just cancelled- I should have done so long ago. I don't want to say it is a scam, necessarily. However, they promise you the moon and the stars- telling you that you better get ready because they may be sending you more business than you can handle. This is not true. I have never once gotten the amount of called promised by my initial sales rep., although at first, I did see results. Every time I would complain in the past year, I would suddenly see results. I have spent $12k this year on yodle and have broken even, so it isn't like I have lost money, but still, they promise to help you MAKE money. They overcharge severely for what they actually do and toss you to the back burner after a couple of months. I am not tech savvy and am terrified of managing my own website, or else I would have cancelled long ago.

Yodle just resells services that are already available to you. Their sales tactics are questionable. "Let me go talk to my manager?" Are we buying a used car here or marketing for my business. I take it serious. Yodle does not. Don't use them.

When I signed up with yodle, I was looking to get more customers that were upgrading/remodeling-a harder segment to reach in my field. Yodle helped me boost my business by getting more of those hard to target customers as well as light commercial work too. Best thing is that it’s affordable for my business

Yodle is proving themselves to be a respectable company in my book. I am a small business owner in California where competition is fierce and advertising is as important as breakfast. I stay on top of this stuff and have ran several marketing campaigns that usually end in cracked phones and profanity. Yodle has kept me calm by doing what they say and ANSWERING THEIR PHONE! Imagine that. Great customer service with likeable people. Thumbs up!

Yodle lets me track my success with them by using the dashboard so I can see what's going on from my own perspective. And my consultant is excellent-straightforward and always timely in responding to ANY request or inquiry that I may have. So far I've had an overall increase in consistency of calls with yodle.

I just started a new company so I really didn’t have the money to do a lot of marketing. I pay the minimal payment-just for the yodle website-and with that little monetary value I still get results. Calls come in and it helps get my name out there. The whole system yodle has set up is really great-from the customer service to the website, and the way leads are generated. It’s all working.
