I had an appointment with Yodle today for initial presentation. The rep., Chelsea I believe, was friendly and explained their service. After the presentation, I was switched over to a more aggresive, high pressure type sales person. I explained I was not ready to commit today, as I wanted to do my homework and investigate Yodle for my own peace of mind. This did not sit well with the Yodle high pressure salesman as he became demeaning in his comments and derogatory. After this continued and it was obvious he didnt want to hear what I had to say, I got off the phone. Been down this road before... not going down it again.
I have been on the phone several times with Yodle the last few days but I had such a great experience with Javier just now that I decided to post this review. Javier was so helpful and knowledgable, he helped me with every little thing I asked for. He went the extra mile to suggest even more than I was hoping for. For example he added a Google link on the adversite so people could post a review on Google too but then he also posted a mobile one on the bottom for people that would want to post a review using their mobile phone. I could go on forever with all the little details but this review would get very long. Lastly, when I asked him what time it was there, he said it was 6:25PM (on a Friday) and I felt so bad that I had kept him almost 30 minutes past the time he was supposed to get off work. He, however, had not mentioned a word or showed me in any way that he was in a hurry. He just helped me patiently with a bunch of things for so long. He did a great job and I was so impressed!

The conference call with rep. Courtney Visser was pleasant, informative, and encouraging. She was easy to talk to and very helpful in setting up our platform. The initial introduction and presentation to Yodle by Gerald Addy was excellent. So far, we are pleased and look forward to our experience with Yodle.
Yodle's SEO capabilities are helpful and affordable for our small company. Also, the customer service is excellent for a company the size of Yodle!

They website builder is very easy to use.
They client portal is excellent and easy.
The phone tracking is amazing for training employees and keep track of customer service.

The Bad.
It's a little expensive.
You have to call them and tell them what you want exactly so if you have no knowledge of SEO you will be left in the back burner (Such as adding pages or services to your website.)
Recommendations.
Add more templates so we could market to our customers by email such as mailchimp or constant contact. (Birthday, Valentines, Labor Day templates) or simple newsletter templates.
Thrilled that I always get a quick response when contacting yodle customer care. Results are typically seen within the same day of request.
I started with Yodle in December and have continually been impressed with the quality of customer care. Every person I have spoken with from Yodle has been professional, knowledgeable, and has gone out of their way to answer my questions and address my concerns. Services offered by yodle are unacceptable. They insisted on putting together my website with their own designs, which were tacky and cheap looking, and denied me control over editing my website image. As a small business owner, I was appalled that I would have little input at the image of my firms website. They seemed to not understand my industry (the legal field) and were rigid when I asked for autonomy regarding managing my firms website image. I can't believe I wasted my time with this tacky service. I don't recommend them and am currently trying to get a refund.

I recently got a call from Yoddle and my experience has been horrible... they have calls coming to my personal cell... not my business... they seem like they read from a script and when I ask questions they seem lost... they do not hear what I say. On the 1st set up call they were so lost. Could not get system to work and I actually was seeing the Yoddle reps screen when they attempted to log in to my computer to see what to do. 2nd attempt to complete set up Yoddle came thru as Google on call id,,, so I did not answer
I think they just took my money and ran and now im left with poor service... they simply don't hear what I say and call right back and ask same Q again... its such a comedy of errors now... they have damaged my reputation and my business... do not use Yoddle

The CSR, John, that I spoke with was very helpful and informative. He spent an hour on the phone with me to update our account to what we wanted. Yodle currently contributes about 35% of our phone leads. We have been very satisfied with their services.
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.

You would be better off doing your own social media marketing, joining the BBB and Y and white pages of phone book.
