I was having issues with Facebook and the Yext Support Team (Ethan S.) was fantastic in resolving the issue that I could not get resolved on my own. He was awesome to work with and many thanks to him and the Yext team. I am a relatively new business customer and I know I made the right decision in choosing Yext.
The sale rep' call me and when I couldnt make a diction on the spot he yields at me that he spent 30 min with me and I cant committee! As I call back to move forward with the service I make sure and clear what is the expectation base on the sale pitch, I was misled to understand that Yext will perform a services for me as a Premium member. Which they are not able to... I ended up canceling my service.

After a year since I signed up there is absolutely no improvement in my online presence. Save your money and setup accounts on Yelp, Google etc. yourself.

I have done some pretty extensive research on the company Yext.com. Not only do they charge to remove wrong phone numbers and address listing for business, I believe they may be directly responsible for corrupting that info from the start.
Yahoo and Yext seem to have so type of relationship that allows them to continue this practice. Bing and Google do not let them claim business profiles.
I also know that Yext is in some way connected to other companies like applianceappointment.com and has a large amount of advertizing sites like local.com, superpages.com, Manta.com and a good number of others.
They are very rude when they call you at all times of the day. I would also be very careful entering your info on some of these free listing sites. They will just corrupt the information any way and then call you and try and charge you for removing it. This company is a scam, beware!

Was told I would be listed on Yahoo, but my old address keeps coming up. Nothing about the new address. Terrible terrible rip off. Fortunately I was withing my 30 days and got my money back. Terrible. Don't waste any money on it.

When a change is verified for Yahoo through the Yext dashboard, the information is submitted to Yahoo. Yahoo receives this information from the submission through your Yext account, at which point Yahoo will decide what to do with the information from there. For this reason, there is no guarantee that the information will update on the listing. We'll push your data to Yahoo, and Yahoo will decide whether to match to an existing listing or create a new listing. Yext is a scam. They have an incorrect phone number for my company. I try to go directly to the pages to update them myself, but it redirects me to Yext since they are creating these pages with the incorrect data. These aren't even known pages that people use. I just want the phone number fixed, but I'm not paying hundreds of dollars to scammers.

Yext delivers exactly what they say they will - they update all of my listings and if there happens to be a snafu with one they follow up on it until it is running smoothly. Real people answer questions and get back to you quickly which is refreshing and I found they keep following up until the job is complete (which can sometimes take a few days). Things aren't left hanging indefinitely. You can count on them to do what they say they are going to do!

However my investment was a waste. I saw no rise in awareness. I have no desire to build Yext by posting updates about my company on your site. I realized I need to change MY site regularly. And adjust MY SEO and keywords on MY site. Live and learn.

Keep in mind that building citations with correct and enhanced local listings plays a crucial part in your local SEO. I always recommend coupling that with Yext, as they go hand in hand. Regardless, if down the road there comes a time where your interested in managing your local listings through Yext again, just give us a call and we'd love to give it another go!
I found several sites that I never signed up for or submitted my company's listing to that had incorrect information - a fax number listed as my main and only phone number, a phone number that didn't exist, an address that we hadn't had in over 15 years etc. When I approached each company to correct or remove an incorrect listing - which I never authorized to begin with, I was usually unable to submitt my corrections directly and instead was directed to YEXT to fix. Oh yes, YEXT will be happy to fix all the incorrect listings that they posted to begin with for a King's ransom which renews each year. I am a small business and they have purposely posted incorrect information which I can't correct on my own. This is blackmail pure and simple. Shame on all of you for working there.

Cassi, encouraged me to look at and shared the services that I have received from Yext; but when I said I was choosing to cancel at this time she was very helpful in canceling my membership with a prorate to my account... and an adjustment on the charge at my bank. Called to check on my service, and it was perfect timing because I had a couple of questions and things I needed help with anyway. My account manager quickly and easily answered my questions and turned me over to IT support who just as easily fixed another issue I had with my website.
