A scammer called with a "save 50% over 3 years" deal, to prove he had access a $10 was posted to our Xfinity account, then...told us we had 24 hours to buy a bunch of Target gift cards, call them with the #s! I said SCAM, no way, he got mad and charged our card $125.00, which only went to our Xfinity bill. But when I called (4X!) I was repeatedly told oh we'll refund it, no problem, and...here's a new offer for you.
BS! Trying to find a new internet provider in our area. Xfinity SUCKS - plus frequent outages. There has to be better out there.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. An absolute joke of a company, managers are useless, and field techs either complete tickets they never worked on or don't show up to appointments and no one will help you. This company can care less about their customers. I have been waiting for service for over 10 days. I had no choice but to report them to FCC.

It's a Saturday morning the line is out the door and they only have two people working. I can't get help on line or through the phone service because they are only focusing on getting me to upgrade or buy more equipment! So frustrating and they wonder why so many people are angry these days. Or just choose to minemelize to avoid the stress of dealing with large companies.
I'll join the parade of unhappy Xfinity customers. There's a reason these people have an average rating of one star after thousands of reviews. We purchased xfinity phone and internet access for our elderly mother. After she passed away, we wanted to cancel the subscription, as the house was empty. These foul, vile people refused to waive the cancellation fee because the service wasn't in her name. So these scums continue to screw people even after they are dead.
They also said they'd forward the waiver request to upper management and that they'd let us know the result. Of course, no one ever called back. So after more hours on hold dealing with their awful customer service, they refused to waive the cancellation fee.
My experience has been horrible wirh Xfinity Mobile. Customer service reps lie blatantly, they pass customers around from rep to rep, and have added erroneous charges to a device wirh no balance in order to prevent me from switching phone carriers. Xfinity operates on demon time with no care for the customer.
Without internet for a week. Customer service reps very poor communication skills. Received 6 different answers to issue by 6 people. They have no clue what they are doing. Is there a better service provider. I live in Logansport Indiana. Please call if you know of anyone*******025.
They didn't show up on the scheduled day which I lost a day of pay over. You can't call them so I was in a chat for two hours while they kept connecting me to someone else. The tech came the next day and said that he couldn't install because he had to run conduit around my building and that it would be two weeks. Absolutely horrible. Att had no problem installing

I cancel my Account over 30 days ago and still fighting with them to get over 200 dollar credit refunding back to me. There auto answering system is the Worst There customer service is the worst. They over charge and customer loyal dose not exist. Do not do business with this company!
Too bad there isn't an option to provide a negative number to rate xfinity. There isn't a single thing they do well. I've read many of the reviews posted here, and I can't agree more with all the negative comments and warnings.

In the 9 years we have used xfinity, we have had constant problems. But recently, they have achieved a level of service, below which, we didn't think possible, even for xfinity! All while increasing their prices!
Over the past year, we have have had "multiple day" outages on more than 12 occasions. One outage was 4 days! The hourly outages, and service interruptions, are too numerous to count. I have spent countless hours on the phone with their people who are totally clueless. For all this "service", we pay them over $300/month!
Today, we will be set free! We are cancelling all our xfinity services: Mobile, Cable, Internet, TV, Wi-Fi, land line...everything!

It sounded good. After they accidentally turned off service at the wrong address they offered me mobile phone service for $15 per month a monthly bill credit of $20 for a year and a $100 Visa card. Then the real fun began. I had to call customer care to help port my current number. 3 representatives later and an hour they said I needed another technical support person. I refused to wait any longer. The representative promised me I only had a couple more minutes and all would be done. Well he dumped me into a queue that had nearly another 2 hour wait. I hung up and stayed with my current mobile provider. My neighborhood has no other options for WiFi. As soon as AT&T is available to me I will switch immediately. I cannot wait to cancel Comcast/Xfinity. The worst experiences ever with this company. If you have other options take those.
I have attempted to chat 3 times today and kept getting disconnected. Always horrible customer service. Avoid this company make them your last choice for service. I am 70 years old this is ridiculous both the chat agents listed in photos stop responding. Issue unresolved guess i will try to call again tomorrow.
When looking for a company choose anyone but Comcast. They performed sloppy, unprofessional work on my house without my authorization and left substantial damage. When trying to reach someone to correct this issue I dealt with about a month of being passed around from employee to employee with no help and then eventually when I got to the person that was supposed to "fix the problem" he very disrespectfully told me that the only request I had was "something they will not do because they do not want to be held liable for the damage that they created" (that is an exact quote). Now I am left with frustration, poor internet connection and holes in my house.
I regret to say that Xfinity Mobile is, in my experience, the worst mobile phone company in the USA. I've spoken with over 10 different representatives on more than 10 separate occasions about a simple iPhone return, and not a single person has been able to provide me with a straightforward return label. The customer service representatives are ill-prepared and spend hours asking repetitive questions without any record of previous interactions. It's baffling that I have to reiterate my issue every single time, answering the same questions over and over again. To make matters worse, the connection with the agent frequently drops. It's inconceivable that a company of this size can have such abysmal customer service. I will be switching to T-Mobile as soon as possible.
I was with a competitor of Xfinity for 11 years… I made the switch after a free upgrade cost me $99 and a loss of my daughters favorite tv station. My first call getting off the phone with them was Xfinity. I spoke to a wonderful and attentive customer service representative who claimed they had all the channels I required… not only did they have them, but so much more. Extremely fast streaming and their channel line up is awesome! Speaking into the remote is like having an assistant in your hand! So happy we made the switch!
I very often encounter issues with billing that I need to address with a representative. Good luck getting in contact with them after talking in circles on the phone with their remote machine. Difficult to cancel even when the cancellation has been officially put through on the bill. Had to call multiple times because they kept pushing their service and attempting to charge me for more months. Please choose any other service in your area if you can because I (and many other of their users) have never dealt with a worse company.
I doubt I will get anyone, but I am tired of trying to reach out to Xfinity about minor issues that have become major issues. Your website does not work at all!111 If you get my drift. Yet you think it is perfectly justifiable to raise my internet charges over 20% this month. Well, go to Hell! When you get your support systems working, then we can talk about my paying the full bill.
This company should literally be shut down. Pathetic $#*! customer service. Been dealing with a final bill for 2 months. They keep billing me for returned equipment that I have a receipt for and have supplied 2 times already for these morons! Worst customer service out of any phone wifi or cable service I have ever used. The automatic messaging system is more helpful than the live reps they have. Countless holds to figure out simple task. Go anywhere else.
