We have completed our Kerala package tour as per the schedule from 13th to 20th Feb 2017. At the outset myself on behalf of my team express thanks for arrangements as per the norms given. We all enjoyed the trip. In all the places Ernakulam, Thekkady, Munnar, Aleppy and Kumarukkam, the reception and quality of the food was good. At Kovalam the location of the hotel was Very good. Some of the basic facilities were sub-luxury. During our tour now and then we were taking the help of Mr. Arvind Rajpoot. He was very co-operative and positive in his attitude. He arranged for the extension of our trip from Sarimala to Ernakulam for which we are very thankful to him. The driver Mr. Sibi was very good in his driving and very punctual in the timings. We all enjoyed with his jovial behaviour. In future also we approach you for further package tours and hope you extend the same co-operation.

We booked our 1st family trip with Xenium holidays for 9 days covering Delhi, Agra, Mathura, Kashmir and Vaishnodevi! Tarun represented Xenium holidays and was just amazing! He was with us right through the planning stages and was very patient with us with suggestions and organizing the trip, just the way we wanted it to be. Completely Customised!:-) He gave us every bit of information and made sure we get what we want with hotels and sightseeings to be covered! Any issues were promptly addressed by Tarun and his team at Xenium holidays(Munish, Deepesh). Thank you for you efforts!

Our friend(driver Umar) was one person who made our Kashmir trip memorable! He was an excellent driving companion as he knew the routes very well and was well informed about the different rules and regulations about the transport! He was very punctual(I just had to tell him once and thats it. Whether it was our next day's plan or early morning wake up, I never had to call him to wake him up. He would be ready to roll.ON TIME!) He also knew all the shopping areas and sightseeing related information which was very helpful! We had a jolly time conversing with him, and will always remember Umar fondly whenever we l reminisce our Kashmir trip!:-)

Highly recommend Xenium holidays to anyone based on our experience!

Just now we returned after completing our 15 days trip to Himachal Pradesh & Jammu Kashmir trip.
It's excellent and excited.
I thak all of you, especially Mr. Devendra, who arranged all this. He is very helpful and friendly in finalising this trip. Several times I called him, before trip and while in the trip, he clarified everything with patience. He is an asset to your agency. I thank him for his guidance.

Next to him i need to thank the driver in J & K, Mr. Shabir. Really we enjoyed Kashmir trip because of him. He took us to all placess. He treated and migiledi us as a family member. Because of him we enjoyed a lot. He is an asset to Xenium holidays ltd.

The driver for Himachal also good, but not familiar with the places. He just depends on Google maps. So we faced some inconvenience.

The rooms are excellent in hotels and the food quality is average.

It's excellent and I recommend all to go with Xenium.

It was a wonderful Goa trip to us through Xenium Holidays produce a wonderful service quality with timely delivery. The Hotel Alora Resort we stayed was very good infrastructure and room were good. We visited Baga beach, Aguada Beach on last day & thought why I missed it on my first day? Baga beach is very clean with lots of beach shakes where you can find both foreigners and Indians. This beach is perfect for childrens as waves are not too much high like Calangute & Candolim Beach. We visited Historical Places such Bom jesus basilica, Goa state Musuem, Chapora Fort, Mangueshi temple so many which was wonderful to see last but not least xenium holidays has produce good service with good facility Thank You Xenium Holidays

We had booked kullu-manali package from Xenium Holidays(Dec2016). Our coordinator name was Amit Singh.
He agreed on 15K for 3n 4 d. He initially asked us to pay 5 K to their account and then later we can pay in slot wise as per the trip. The hotel which was offered was pathetic and third class.
There was no hot water neither light electricity, nor the room was cleaned, nor there were any blankets. The rooms were more of looking like slums. We called him for the same, he initially picked the call, and then later he didn't even helped us nor received our calls.
We had to book our hotel on our own, on the spot. It was some 2-4degree temp, we were waiting for Amit to help us with the hotel accommodation, but he didn't. We had managed everything on our own. Even the driver which was assigned, he was very arguing and refused to take us to all the places which were promised and mentioned in the package.
So guys its my request to one and all that please don't buy any package from xenium or any local holidays. Instead go for reputed ones yatra or makemytrip, etc. They charge you but will provide best services. These local chepos are seriously not concerned whether how we will survive there in such a low temp with such cheap hotels without any heater or any basic facilities. They're just concerned about their commission. Once they get that, they will stop receiving your calls.
This is our first and last trip from xenium holidays.
