So very thanks to team Xenium and my special thanks to Mr. Avinash Maurya who planned my tour and co operate us throughout the tour. Everything went well but one thing what I faced, due to hotel staff our trip got ruined almost. But the effort you gave and handled the situation and transfered us to the different hotel for our betterment. Seriously agar ye problem na hota toh sir rating 5 hoti. But for sure ant bhala toh sab bhala.

We booked Uttaranchal tour through Xenium holidays.
On the eve of start of the journey, they called saying their driver has fallen sick & they need to arrange another driver which will cost 3000 extra. Either pay extra or take refund of booking amount. Being helpless at the end moment, we needed to agree for that.
Again, after some time when we call to get the car & driver details, they will say that Ertiga will pick us up, when we booked Innova. We need to argue & then they will say that they will confirm back in some time. At the last moment, an hour before the travel, we again followed up asking for car details & they said they will send it through sms. No proactive information from their side once you pay advance booking amount.
They said that extra amount they charge for alternate driver was for proper driver who knows the routes & site seeing spots to make our tour smoother, but the driver they sent did not even know the route of major destinations, forget about site seeing. We had to navigate through maps for all the spots.
Overall, worst experience through unprofessional tour operators.

The tour arranged by Xenium Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Was up to the mark. It was well planned and the person concern (Abinash) remained well in touch throughout the tour. For him I will give excellent. The hotel rooms were also upto the mark except the one at GIR (GIR Pride Resort). Over all we enjoyed the tour in full swing. The only thing I want to suggest that the driver must be well trained regarding the timings of the places to be visited otherwise by the time you reach there the place (mandir/ Museum/Navlakha Palace) is closed.

Apart from this there was some feel bad factor too especially on the part of hotel people like in Hotel Grand Daksh at Somnath while serving Dinner and breakfast they were behaving as if we have not paid for it and they rationed it. Similarly there was some mismanagement at the time of dinner at Hotel Regenta at Rajkot too.

Suggesstion: Tarun represented Xenium holidays for us and he was just amazing! Very helpful throughout our planning stages of the trip and very patient in helping us with suggestions and finalizing the best ways for our trip! We customized as the trip as per our requirements and Tarun was the reason we got it the way we wanted!

Customer service is very bad. While discussing the trip package they offer 3 star hotel but after paying the money they give delux hotel. Which is not even 2 star.

Please make sure to check the email before payment as they will offer delux only so don't believe on calls. Always ask for the full package detail in the mail then only pay the amount.

I faced this issue and contacted the team they told that they don't know the call discussion we will have to check the mail. Whatever they told on call was big lie.

They never discussed about the hotel name but when we checked the pics of the hotel that was full nice but reality was not expected. We tried to contact 3-4 people for solution but everyone disconnected the call.

They were telling they can't do anything as they already paid the amount in hotel but what about my trip... i paid full Amount for 3 star hotel and got delux. After all that they again contacted and offering 3start hotel but we will have to pay again 16k for the trip of Goa. Means ******* for last pakage+******* for new Goa package... HAHA...
