If you order anything, make sure you won't need it anytime soon. Then when you "attempt" to call customer service, you're on hold for at least an hour. They can't do anything. They won't cancel an order that hasn't even been shipped much alone find the order. Email them? That's just as funny. You get a auto response. Chat? That's never open. Never again
I placed an order May 2,2021. Mailed my returns from that order beginning of June. They did not process my return until the end of August, when of course it was too late. So now I have to pay for merchandise that not only doesn't fit, but I didn't even get to keep! I am paying for clothes that Woman Within gets to sell to someone else and make even more money! Not acceptable!
I ordered a few items for friend in nursing home Summer 2020... everything got there, decent quality, very good prices.
Months later I noticed I was being charged monthly fee for being in their "club" which I never joined. I called to complain, they said they'd remove me from the club and refund the several months' fees to Paypal.
A month later I called to say their refund didn't register at Paypal. They said to call Paypal who could correct their error. Paypal said they didn't have the refund. I was about to give up, but about 3 months later the refund suddenly appeared in my Paypal account. Conclusion: they're a bit disorganized, but their phone people were polite, and they're apparently honest (if slow).
They do send endless emails about discounts to the email address I gave them, which fortunately I rarely read.

Ordered two pair pants both size 14/16 petite. One waist too tight one waist way too loose. One leg length ok; other leg length about 5 in longer--too long & length from waist to crotch too long. Material quality not best. When I went to account to return today, that order did not appear on my account. I called & was able to return but cust svc person overbearing poor listener kept jumping in. Used to be my fave pants but quality diminished. I'm done with WW
I've ordered multiple times with general success unless something is back ordered or needs returned. I ordered a tie dye sweatshirt this Summer and received in August with a huge dirt/grease stain on chest. Attempted to exchange but none left. Available in October, reordered. Charged but on back order for 3 months. Finally received today and in spite of emails confirming the size, both are incorrect by several sizes too small. Little hopes of them giving a crap. Everyone is shorthanded but somehow they have the manpower to mail me 10+ calendars per month.

I bought two bras from this company and neither fit. I called about returning them and was given an address that turned out to be incorrect. It cost me $10 to mail the package and when I got the credit, another small amount was taken off. Very poor business practices. Never again!

I can't figure out how to get a sweater in the sweater sale. The website is all a gimmick. I've shopped here for years, but probably won't anymore because the sales are apparently too complicated for me. Seems like a scam, waiting for me to make a careless error so I pay more than was promised.

I have been ordering clothing from Woman Within for the last 15 years, but I am done with this company due to shady practices. I ordered three t-shirts that are advertised as 100% cotton. These are the same shirts I have been ordering for years. They are now 60% cotton/40% polyester, and they are rough like sandpaper! The sizing tag that is sewn into the side is usually made of soft nylon, and now it is made of plastic. If you cut the tag off, you have to sew the side of the shirt, since it is sewn into the seam. I will be donating two of the shirts now, since they have already been washed. The third one that was returned was charged a return fee of $9.99, even though the item was falsely advertised. Customer service is absolutely worthless! There should be some class action suit against a company that lies about their product and has such a shady return policy. They will no longer get any money from me!

My order states not shipped yet and cant get a status of when i will get it. They took my money and they don't answer any emails that i send. Chat is always unavailable on their site. Guess i am going to have to go to the bank and dispute the charge. Do not recommend this company to anyone. That take your money and run. Such a shame during these hard times everyone is facing.
Did not return my merchandise. I was told that I cannot return the three tops that I purchased from woman within because according to them it was 61 days and they only allowed 60. So I had to accept the fact That they were returning the shirts to me with no refund. Today I received two out of the three shirts. I am still missing a shirt. The people on the phone on customer service were rude And did not care anything about my feelings or my money. So I returned three brand new shirts, never worn and they returned to me two shirts all wrinkled up in a ball. I've been a customer for years. I want my credit card discontinued immediately and I would appreciate the refund for the third shirt that they never sent me back…What kind of business ethics is this. I have been a customer for years. In the past 2 years they have changed and it is no longer an option for me to order from them. There customer service is all outsourced so that the people who answer the phones cannot even really help you because they are not even in the same country as the business. When you call for support the people on the other end of the phone do not listen to you and they talk over you so that you cannot speak. Twice now they have shipped my items to the wrong address and expected me to pay for them. I'm done. Either get competent people to take care of your customer service or lose all of your long term customers.

The operator admitted on the phone that the pants I ordered were described as "pure cotton" in the catalog but were actually 90% polyester/10% nylon, that it was a "misprint", but they took no responsibility. She flatly refused to give me her name or pass me to a supervisor. What a waste of time and money.
When ordering items from Woman Within you are offered a Rewards Program trial which is supposed to give you free postage and percentages back on purchases. The cost is $14.95 a month but the trial is $1.99. I signed up for the trial and later decided to stop the program. I lost all the money back that I acquired (about $14). Plus, There is absolutely no way to contact this company directly. Most of the items I have purchased are cheaply made and way out of proportion. Without direct contact information or customer service., it is clear they don't care about losing customers. I'm not sure what country this company originates from but they have an American flag icon in the corner of their pages to make it seem like they are American made. Well, they are not. The icon means the items are being sent to the USA. Dont waist your money here. Your throwing money down the drain with this company.
I ordered from Woman Within in February. I was just balancing my bank account and noticed a $16.95 deduction for Woman Within. When I checked the website, found an "order" that only listed the $16.95 charge. Said confirmation emailed to "NULL". When I called they said I joined a Rewards Program and have been charged $16.95 a month since March. When I click on rewards on my account it asks me to join! This is unacceptable. I also found attached post from 2021.
Buyer beware they are not flexible. This is one of the worst experiences. I tried returning something that was received just past the return date and they sent it back to me. I never had an online retailer do that they already had the item and could have simply given me the size I needed. Instead they left me with something I cannot use or give to anyone.

As a plus size woman I am always looking for cute comfortable and affordable clothes. I have got several outfits from woman's within. They will take back what won't fit but their shipping is a little slow.

Once you order online there's no way to cancel, horrible website, no one answers chat/phone, expensive shipping/return fees (a cash cow for them), slow delivery (weeks), cheap cotton used, plays games with discounts/coupons, guess they think plump girls have no choice, i feel a class action lawsuit coming on...
I shop at Woman Within periodically, often for underwear as they usually have the best prices on brands that I have come to like. I usually don't buy much else from them because much of their clothing lacks shape or doesn't suit my style. If you like clothing that's a bit baggy and an inexpensive option for standard stuff, this is your place.
I have worked in retail and hospitality all my life and value good customer service. Woman Within has got to be, hands down, the WORSE customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely long calling waits, product unavailability, long shipping times and inferior product(s). Speaking with supervisor was absolutely no help whatsoever. I even told him I would not order again and his response was "it's your choice". Did not provide a tracking number other to say it is "probably" being shipped DHL. Very disappointed in this company.

I never signed up for this! I call to get help and because I don't know the fake address given to my supposed 'account ', the woman on the Membership rewards phone line hung up on me saying that there is nothing she can do if I cannot tell her the address on the account! How the heck would I know this? I never bought the 'rewards program membership', to begin with! I gave her all my real info. And because my real address didn't match what she had, she said she won't help me. What the heck?!
Whatever you do, don't buy from Woman Within!
