I ordered a dress in wolddress, it turned out to be absolutely not of high quality, sometimes halloween costumes for 15 dollars are sewn better than this dress, it doesn't fit the figure at all, although my proportions are model, the company can only take money, but is in no hurry to give it away, terrible service, I really feel sorry for my 100 dollars. I recommend the ASOS site to everyone, this is the best site in the USA. Wolddress never again, cheaters
The fabric was horrible! Very cheap material. Not even close to what is offered online. When I sent the picture comparison they immediately removed the product from their website but they refuse to refund my money because they claim they don't see how it is different from the dress on their website!
I bought a dress and it was too small so I emailed customer service. They emailed me back offering the correct size at a discount. I emailed them back saying I wanted to do that and asked how I could purchase the correct size at the discounted rate they offered...no response. I have emailed them about 4 times and no response so now i have a dress I paid for and cant use. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

I've never had an issue with orders via Nasty Dress. I recommend paying for the faster shipping but if there are any problems the customer service team is great. I didn't have any shipping trouble, exactly. They still have phone number when I ordered. A little tips, their size was carefully selected, don't just choose your normal clothing size. But their clothes quality is very good, is a brand dress. So love it and I have bought a lot of pieces.

I ordered a dress that they had no problem taking the money for immediately. Never received an email confirmation or tracking number. When I reached out to customer service they sent me a tracking for my order, which never updated. After almost 30 days later, still no update on the tracking, I reached back out to customer service who now says that I need to pick another dress because they're out of that order. I will never order from them again because they post inventory they don't even have.
Thank you so much celebrity dress. Everything flowed seamlessly. Even though I ordered my dress less than three weeks before prom it still came in time. I kept in contact with Jenny from the sales department and even though I was very impatient she was awesome and reassured me that shipping would be timely. The only thing that wasnt as good was the sleeves on my dress didnt fit so i had to alter them slightly.
