No idea how much we like the bed, it is sitting at our house as a renovation occurs. Looking forward to the new bed and rest of the house.

This is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Extremely supportive, yet luxurious, just like the name!

Ordered wrong size by mistake and unable to exchange the mattress until 30 days pass due to their policy. Have the mattress just sitting in guest room. Disappointing.

Very quick detailed email response. I hope the luxury firm will meet my needs for my scoliosis. Also phone response is great not much of a hold to time. The luxury firm is very firm with not a lot of padding. I had a pad from an old bed that I put on luxury firm and it's perfect. Might take it off after I get used to the firmer bed, but I don't have low beck pain either. My husband loves the softer wink bed which only gave me a slight low back pain, in the morning, I would have loved the softer bed, like sinking in a cloud but my back doesn't allow a softer bed.

Everything was fine but the frame was delayed in delivery and I had to cancel that part of the order.

As described above, I've been using the mattress now for a week+ and I'm having some back pain and soreness in my left hip in the morning.

I just opened the frame box yesterday. I thought it would work as a box spring but it doesn't fit the frame I already hand. I have re-boxed the frame and have not opened the mattress box at all. I need to return both.

There was some confusion about the shipping date, as I was travelling when I ordered. As a result, Winkbeds said the bed was meant to be delivered in a couple days, when, in reality, it hadn't been manufactured yet. To remedy this, I sent a request to UPS to postpone the delivery, which they couldn't really honor because they didn't have the bed. Once I contacted Winkbeds to find out why the bed hadn't been delivered on the rescheduled date, they confessed that it was still in production. The chat person was very professional and clear, but the pre-delivery messaging should be clarified for customers so they don't, like me, end up sleeping on a futon for 3 days when the bed doesn't arrive as scheduled.

My order had some issue with UPS and as a result, was delayed several days. This was extremely frustrating. If I didn't go out of my way to contact both UPS and Winkbeds to inquire about this, I wouldn't have received any updates. Winkbeds customer support was accommodating once I was in contact, but I think I'm just extremely disappointed by the experience of having my delivery delayed by nearly a week.

We have been sleeping on our new mattress for 2 days now. So far so good. We had an old memory foam mattress that was very unsupportive and would wake up feeling stiff all over. Since changing mattresses we have noticed a dramatic difference in the way we feel. I cannot compare to the other brands as I have not tried those out.
