Wink Beds

I LOVED the option of trying the beds at Sandman Sleep in Chicago. Glenn, one of the owners, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, plus Sandman offers a white glove bed set-up. (You have your Wink Bed shipped to their location.) I love my bed (Luxury Firm). Without the option of trying out the beds I might have bought the softer version--and I don't think that would have been a good fit for me. Also, they recycle your old mattress.

My only complaint is that the mattress had a strong odor after it came out of the vacuum smell. After Research you decided it was probably off gassing but it would be helpful if this was included in material sent with bed to describe this.

Website was user friendly. Easy to set up and ready to use out of the box. Discarded my Amerisleep (would never recommend them to anyone) and am thankful to have found Wink! Back and Neck feel like they are re-aligning already.

Bed arrived sooner than expected. Mattress had a strange smell that eventually went away. I would like to know that what I was smelling was not harmful.

I bought the Winkbed EcoCloud Hybrid, because it claims to be a cooling mattress. It most certainly is not. About halfway through the night, it just radiates heat back at me, making it impossible to sleep through the night. In no way is it an improvement in comfort or 'cooling' than my old Simmons mattress. I'm disappointed, and will be returning it. The only benefit to this bed is that it's made of natural materials that don't stink. Otherwise, nothing special about it, and in fact, it has resulted in much worse sleep.

It was easy to order, although it felt like a gamble. The return guarantee was reassuring. The mattress arrived in a compact box. The two of us, both in our 70's, were about to fairly easily unpack and set it up. Some review sites and users wrote about the mattresses' need to dispel gasses, but we detected no odor at all and used it the first night after it had aired for about six hours.

Robert, helped me with the exchange. He offered to keep both mattresses for a 60-day period so I can chose the one that fits better with my back and to be sure before asking for the pickup of the first mattress or in case I needed to send both back in order to get a refund. So far, I love the new mattress, it is firmer.

As advertised. Mattress came fast. Setup was as advertised. Did not find the knife in the box or in the plastic but that's ok.

After searching for alternatives for a new mattress, I looked at several mattress reviews and decided to give Wink Beds a try. The shipping and delivery went smoothly, the mattress shipped separately from the sheets, pillows and mattress protector. It was easy to install, and you need two people. Super easy to order, no issues with shipping and appears to be a high quality product. Thanks

The bed arrived 3 days before the sleep bundle which caused me to have to buy more sheets immediately. I was also unaware of this until the bed showed up.
However the bed itself is very comfortable and I am happy with it so far( only slept in it 1 night). I will have to review the sleep bundle when it arrives.

So far we like it. Will continue to test. Not sure why you require a minimum of 50 words. Seems like a barrier to, what I'm already sure, is a challenge to get responses. Maybe that should be updated.

Pleasant sale person and very helpful. Our shipment was sent back due to damage to the box and WINK reached out to let us know. Got another out of the plant quickly and now we are sleeping like babies.

Faster than expected delivery and the bed is sooooooooo nice! Soft enough to feel like you're sinking in yet it is firm in all the right areas to provide excellent support. I used to always wake up with hip and shoulder pain (I'm a side sleeper) but I haven't yet had a problem on my Wink Bed!

I was provided a delivery that was the expected date. It was never updated over the course of three days so I assumed it was the correct date, so I took the day off to be there for delivery. We had been having daily summer rain storms and I didnt want my new bed to get wet. I stated I wanted to cancel the order and just like that it ships—-literally 15 mins after they tell me how the beds are made to order and mine is not finished yet—I get a confirmation from UPS. Bed finally showed up five days later. Their customer service responses seemed to be bots and not real people.

Excited to try it out

Firm is right, on the one to 10 scale and this being 4-or-5 ish. Yes can confirm. We (wife and i) think its plush and supportive in the best ways.
