Wink Beds

It took about 4 tries to order this. My cart keep showing 2 sleep bundles and every time I tried to fix that I had more sleep bundles and multiple mattresses. Eventually I got it right (I hope).

Mattress arrive a day early and I managed to get the box upstairs and placed on the bed by myself. I allowed a night to decompress and have slept on it the last two nights. Very happy with everything so far. Definitely feels like a quality bed.

Its hard to know if you're ordering the right mattress when you're just reading reviews and not seeing one in person. But with the no hassle exchange/refund we took the leap. First mattress didn't work out, exchanged it with no issues, and sleeping better than ever now.

Easier to set up than expected. So far mattress better than all I have purchased, but will have to give it 6-12 months to really determine if it is truly good for those with back pain and issues. Purchasing and process easy and as expected. Able to quickly track. Took about 2 weeks to receive and no options to pay for expedited shipping. But decided to be patient if bed lives up to its claims.

Despite the holiday rush and news of shipping delays across the country, my WinkBeds platform arrived on the day it was originally predicted to arrive. I assembled it by myself; the instructions were very clear. (I'm a 78-year-old woman.) I'm very pleased with how it looks and, so far, performs.

So far this has been the absolute most comfortable bed I've slept on. In the moment it feels normal like any semi-firm bed but the next day is where it shines. I'm an all sides sleeper and usually wake up with one or two sore spots or aches from some awkward position I put myself in. But now I wake up completely unbothered. Laying down on the bed is a as comfortable as any other high end bed where this shines is the next morning. Very pleased.

I LOVE my new mattress.
I was a little worried because of the very soft pillow top. I was looking for a firm supportive mattress and thought it might interrupt the firmness.
Not the case at all. The mattress is firm but gentle.
I had problems with pressure areas from my previous memory foam mattress. I had to find ways to get additional support.
Now everything is great and Sore areas are completely fine in two weeks.
My WINK is the best sleep and mattress ever!

When we purchased these horrible beds we were told we could return both of them for a full return if we were not happy with them. We purchased a twin xl and a full because we are using 2 adjustable bed frames. These beds are absolutely horrific. When we called in after waiting the required 30 days, we were informed that they would not return both beds, but only 1. We talked to one of their higher ups and asked him to listen to the phone call where we were told that both beds could be returned and he informed us they deleted those calls (how convenient). I am a disabled american veteran, and this is how i was treated by this company... with disrespect, being lied to and taken advantage of, and in my opinion they basically stole my money. Stay far away from winkbeds because what they tell you they will not honor...

Been sleeping on the bed for 10 nights and it's feeling pretty good; definitely better than our 22 year old spring bed.
You do need to give it several days to soften up as it does start out quite firm. I tend to sleep hot and the wink bed is slightly better than our old bed.
So far, very happy with our purchase.

Allison was accommodating in my process of buying. She ensured that my mattress arrived precisely when I would be available to receive it. I LOVE my new bed so far; however, I have only had it for two nights.

Ordering was easy and the mattress came in less than a week (Surprising). The bed frame took a little longer but there was an issue with the carrier. After only Four nights sleeping on it I can tell the difference. We also got the adjustable frame and it is helping me with my chronic snoring.

It was delivered when expected. Placed on the spot of the old mattress and removed the shipping materials. It looks good so far and my wife has been enjoying the comfort and sleep. I am sleeping OK also but am having some back stiffness, which I hope is temporary.

The decision making process was seamless using information contained on the Wink website. After considering several different manufacturer/retailers we decided on Wink because (1) it high rank among its competitors and (2) high mattress firmness availability. My wife has back problems and we needed a very, very firm mattress

We thought we wanted a latex bed but after a few weeks, it was just too firm for our liking. After emailing Wink about an exchange, the customer service representative helped us find the perfect hybrid mattress. Within 2 weeks we have our new bed and are sleeping soundly.

Smooth, confident transaction. Received the mattress days sooner than expected. We are side sleepers so we had ordered the Softer full mattress. So far it is a little firmer than we expected. But it is still in the break in period. We expect it should soften more over time. Still, very comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with the product and service. Would definitely recommend!

Overall experience was fine. Just disappointed. It's OK. I'm not thrilled. Will I go through the process of returning it? No, because it was a pain to get upstairs and on the bed. Next mattress I buy will be white glove service and from some place I can test it. I bought this because of the reviews as I am a side sleeper, but it's not ideal at all.
