Bought a dress for my sorority formal at one of their stores and it was pretty enough but i didn't end up going to formal so i returned it. The store i got it from was about 45 min away and my friend said they had a 30 day return policy so i got around to making the drive and returning it after about 20 days. Turns out the return policy is only 14 days (which is fine. That was a mistake on my part) so i only got store credit in return. My only complaint for the actual in person store is that it's kind of disorganized and the staff was definitely not the kindest/ most efficient workers i've ever seen. Anyway, i decided i would use the store credit to order a couple things online. I got a pair of sweatpants and a corset top/shirt. The gift card covered the cost of the items but i had to pay for shipping. Well, it said my package would be here at a reasonable date (the 4th of january i think) but didn't get here until january 11th. Normally i wouldn't complain about that but i tracked my package just to check in multiple times and it would say it hadn't moved for DAYS. My package finally comes and i look at and try on my items. They are VERY low quality and the top was the wrong size. I ordered a medium and got a package that said small and a tag that said x-small. So yes you could say i am very dissatisfied with windsor and would not recommend anyone shops from there. In person or online. Oh also i was in touch with their online customer service while waiting patiently for my package to come…it's an automatic computer generated response that is entirely unhelpful. 0/10
I love the clothes but the shipping is slow as fck never get it in time that's why I'm giving you only 2 stars.
Shop Elsewhere - very poor customer service. First not respond to or act on messages left. I would not recooked this company.

They always forgot to takeoff the security magnet in the dress and now I'm having trouble to take them off
My mother bought me a $300 Windsor gift card in their Vegas store where she lived at the time to send to me in Washington state for my birthday. She was told by manager of the store that gift cards can absolutely be used online, but you must contact customer service to place your order if paying that way. Not true at all! They only accept gift card in store which is ridiculous because they only have a handful of stores in California and one in Las Vegas. On top of this, the gift card is specifically in my name only, so not only can I not use it myself, I can't even send it to my friends in Vegas to use because they ask for ID to prove you're the person on the gift card and they wouldn't have that to do so obviously. They also won't reimbursed my mothers money if the card is returned or make an exception since the manager either doesn't know the online policy or just plainly lied to make a sale. $300 is a lot of money to rip your customers off of and then when you talk to customer service they basically just say well the gift cards never expire so if you're ever in California or Vegas you could come In store to use it. Yeah, OK. Like I'm gonna travel over 1000 miles to go shop at your crappy store with your horrible customer service. Customer service literally told me sorry I'm sure this is a total disappointment to you but there's literally nothing we can do. Store $300 from a customer by lying with no shame. I have a feeling a lot of stuff this company does is shady and not illegal. Probably why there's such a small company and have an expanded their business on top of the horrible online shopping policy and customer service

Windsor has some of the most disrespectful people working for them, both in store and online. I have an item that needed to be returned that I didn't love/like when I saw it in person. Let's be honest, it was Ugly. Anyway I tried returning to store and was turned away. So I pack ugly dress back in box only to notice I have no return label. I set up a chat and asked for packing label via email, the rep stated they don't send them via email or can't send it via email and stated it could be mailed out... I stated that will not work because it may not get to me within the 14 days required to return ugly dress. So I told the Rep I would pay for the shipping and expect to be refunded my monies back. The Rep then told me IN ALL CAPS, "I SAID I CAN MAIL YOU A SHIPPING LABEL OUT. WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING YOU FOR ANY SHIPPING YOU PAY FOR." Now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't all caps someone yelling at you? Any way at this point I can no longer give Windsor a dime of my hard earned money, if I'm going to disrespected by the staff all around.
Horrible customer service. They do not help at all. They advertised the WRONG shoes online under the wrong name. I looked at pictures for GLITTER IS ALL THAT MATTERS PLATFORM HEELS (at the time it was under the name CHROME BLOCK HEELS) I ordered a pair. Then they want to send me the actual chrome block heels which were nothing like the glitter platform heels I wanted. Keep in mind there were NO PICTURES of the actual chrome block heels when I ordered them under that name. Therefore it was WINDSORS MISTAKE FOR FALSELY ADVERTISING.
I contacted windsor telling them I wanted the shoes I ordered in the picture, the person I spoke to didnt bother to help at all. She just told me that those are the shoes I ordered so basically there was no mistake. She didnt even address how windsor falsely advertised or how it was THEIR mistake. Eventually she stopped responding (RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL) and I had to call the store to get help. Still, all they offered was a free return of the shoes I did not want and would have never ordered if they had put the correct images, and they still pretended as if it was my mistake and not theirs.
This changed my whole perspective towards this store. Will not recommend to anyone again and I do not want to purchase from them again.
Ordered a faux leather jacket that smelled horribly. They do not offer free returns. Would not recommend for that reason
It was my first time ever shopping at Windsor. The BREA MALL location. I was there on 6/20/19 & I purchased a very nice burgundy dress. Coming home that day I checked out there website & I see that the dress I had just purchased for almost $200 was on sale for $70. I decided to place the order online & return the more expensive one. So I did. On 6/24/19 four days after my in store purchase I went in to return the dress & a manager named Ashley said I was not able to return my dress because it was final sale. When I purchased the dress the cashier did not tell me it was final sale. Had I known that I would not have ordered the other dress online. I was very upset & asked if there was anything she can do for me this one time because now I had 2 dresses exactly the same. She said there was nothing she can do but only give me store credit. That was $200 going to waist. I probably asked her about 5 times if she can please return the dress this one time & she said no. Then this lady which I don't know her name but I so wish I had asked her for her name who she said she was also a manager there. She was tall, light skin with blonde hair very kind lady said she would return the dress for me this one time because she wanted my first experience with Windsor to be a good one. I was so thankful for her to take action upon this situation to satisfy a customer. As to the manager named Ashley from my personal experience she needs a more understanding attitude. I left there was a bit attitude she didn't really want to hear my explanations & when I asked for her name she responded with attitude & turned her back twards me quick.

Tried to place an order for a few dresses for a wedding I'm attending. Figured I should order a few styles to see which one fit best and would return the rest to my local Windsor store. Total came out to over $300 which is normal for me considering I tend to over order to keep what I want and return the rest. After my order was placed, I received an email from Windsor stating that they need to verify my order because there was an issue with shipping/billing address with my credit card. After reading that, I knew that wasn't true because all of my information was correct and I usually place orders with my American Express for clothing purchases over $300 so I knew it wasn't a notification from my credit card. I figured I would just go ahead and call while I was on my lunch break (since the email stated that all I needed to do was provide my shipping and billing address again). When I called I could barely hear the representative, their background noise was extremely loud. After repeating my information to her (name/address/email/phone). She then told me that she needed my full credit card number and the 1800 number on the back of the card. As I was on my lunch break and don't carry all of my credit cards on me at all times, I didnt have the credit card on me. She told me I would have to call back and re-verify within 24 hours. I was honestly stunned. I have never had this issue with any other online store and I have been shopping online for over 15 years. I understand verifying a large order but if a customer provides the same billing and shipping address that matches with their credit company, is it really necessary to also ask your customer to then provide the 1800 number on the back of their credit cards? That is ridiculous. Tried to call back once I got home to re-verify, but they are closed. This means I would have to wait until tomorrow to re-verify and they don't ship on the weekends so my order actually wouldnt be processed until Monday. Will shop elsewhere.
Answer: This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.
Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
