Easy to find what I wanted on site

The parts I was looking for were listed as available and the price was very competitive. Since accurate part information and photos were included on the website it was easy to comparison shop and Wild West won based on price, availability and shipping rates. The speed at which my order arrived at my door was an unexpected bonus.

I have been working with Lisa Jones and she has helped me very much. I wouldn't have bought this stuff had it not been for her!
Unfortunately, my products are not correct. Not the fault of WildWest, just the age of my Hot tub.
I am going to try to modify them to see if I can get some use of the cushions.

Website is very user friendly and nice. There is a wide selection of parts(items) to choose from, and the cost of the parts is very good. However, the shipping charges are high. The shipping actually cost more than the parts I purchased. Thank you.

I would have bought much more had I been ale to talk to someone.
I need jets but am not going to buy them blindly.

I need to replace a lot of the jets, is there some one who can help with the part numbers?
I am also willing to buy other things from you like oil-absorbing sponges, water treatment chemicals, chlorine tabs etc.
