Part was easy to find and the shipping options are very reasonable.

Was able to find the item needed on Wild West when I was unable to do so elsewhere. For that I rate them 5 stars. I didn't expect delivery to take the 13 days that it did. Regardless, I'm pleased with Wild West and will not be hesitant to use them again.

Maybe it was my phone, but there is no parts search or screen to order parts.

Good except for shipping was surprisingly expensive. On second thought, it was reasonable shipping, and got here on time so thank you.

Found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.

The parts I ordered were wrong. I tried the phone number and it rang busy constantly. I tried the chat and even though it looked like the chat would work nothing happened with it. No response whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Easy to order

The $5.00 off is dangled and then taken away. It's happened more than once. Kinda frustrating.

Ok, except I received a facebook message with offer of a further 5% off my order - but was notified that the promo code could not be applied to my order when I tried... I still went through with the order as I had intended to purchase anyway before the 5% offer, but was puzzled that the offer was not honored...

The only thing more I would have appreciated is a phone number to talk to a person.

No problem ordering, part was as stated,

Good. The box it shipped in was torn on 2 of the 4 sides but luckily there was no visual damage of the product. There was bubble wrap on one end but not the other and that's the end with the shipping damage of the box. Product looks good hopefully works as good.

Site was easy to use. The part I needed was on sale & a great price.
Would like to know how long it takes to deliver but since the part was in stock & ready to ship I am assuming it will be on its way soon.
