The confirmation of delivery email was sent apparently the same time it left thier facility. This lead me to believe that they believed it had been delivered. I spent 3 days watching the mail, thinking it had been lost or stolen. After contacting WWPS, they responded quickly and courteously. It was clarified this was thier practice. Part arrived following day.
