If I had realized that WWP supplies was a 3rd party drop shipment company I would have never ordered anything from them. I have received a few emails from "customer service', but none have directly address my concerns. First I asked to cancel, and they said as soon as their suppliers confirm cancellation, they will process refund. I did not contract to purchase with any outside suppliers, the purchase agreement is with WWP. I feel like I have been ripped off for $145... I will be disputing the WWP charge with my CC company.
