I would choose another company that comprehends what customer service is. I understand there's a lead time as indicated on your website. However, it's been 10 days past the day I orders and by my count thats double the time that you show. Again, I can wait but why cant this company contact their customer instead of just leaving them waiting in the dark.

I have been ordering for over 3 years from these guys. Been just a couple of goof ups but they always take care of them right away. I don't expect any place to be perfect and as long as they fix their mistakes, I am good with it. Their prices are very reasonable, and products are better. The quality of their ingredients makes it possible for me to make nice products for my customers! They have lots of information about individual ingredients and many, many, recipes they let us use to help get started making our own. I live in Southeast Oklahoma where we really have to watch every dime we spend on anything. You guys make it possible for me to be able to make soaps, and other body products using reputable ingredients and not break the bank doing it. Thank you WSP!

Horrible Service All Around

I made a purchase on Feb. 25 and still have not received it. It's now March 7. No updates with shipping, nothing. I'm beginning to think their so called products are being shipped from overseas. That's if they even exist in the first place. I'm starting to think they are a scam! Well you just done $#*!ed with the wrong guy. I mean wtf kind of $#*! operation is this. Really. If you do exist, your doors will be boarded up really soon. Got a Ohio Licensed Lawyer on deck to handle claims against them so they can be put out of business for good! Jokes!

Not impressed

Loved the free shipping over $25, handling fee a joke, check out ridiculous for guest option was forced to make an account to place order... which is very very bad and forced a 2 star instead of a 4 or 5 star. Pricing in my opinion is on the gouging side, because if I wanted to... I could make the essential oils and make enough for half the price or more to be honest. Not hard to do in fact. I may look into doing so. Good luck

Very disappointed

I have shopped here for several years, but this year has been a nightmare. I placed a$1000 order knowing that bulk items would take longer than the 6-8 business days that was posted. It has now been 13 business days and nothing. First I left a message and no one returned my call. Finally got through to a person who said he would look into what was going on and no return call. Second phone call and was informed that several items were out of stock. I asked if they could at least ship what was available. She told me she would check with the warehouse to see if they could do that. Waiting to hear. I will be looking for new sources for my business.

I absolutely love this business for all of my candle, soap, perfume, and body lotion / body butter making needs. They always have a fair deal with occasional sales on all their products. They have an attentive response to any questions or issues with your orders. They have even made issues right when damage has occurred which was not their fault in the shipping process.They have always been kind to me when I have called to speak with someone. I have done a lot of purchases with them and will continue as long as I am in need of products for my needs. This is my honest opinion with my experiences. Thanks WSP

Great Company

I have been shopping at this company for many years. I built my business here. I am very satisfied and will not shop anywhere else. I have read the previous reviews, and am amazed. I have had nothing but good service from this company, if there is a problem, I always get it solved.

Slow Responses

It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't heard anything back from customer service regarding the status of it. When I ordered, nothing on the site (not even in their shipping and returns page) stated they were behind on orders or are experiencing delays, etc. They shouldn't just leave customers wondering what their order status is or when an item will be fulfilled. I've heard before that their customer service isn't the best and now I'm getting firsthand experience. It's only been 2 weeks, so I wanted to give it a little more time to see if I'd get a response from my inquiry but honestly I'll be looking at other suppliers for my products. I've gotten a lot of recommendations that are comparable in prices or are priced a little higher with no handling fee so I'd ultimately be paying a fairer price in the end. WSP fails in delivering exceptional customer service. I may try to seek a refund.

Shipping sucks

While i do like this company from the selection of products to their prices being pretty reasonable, their shipping sucks. Whats the point of paying the 15.00 to "jump the line" when the free shipping comes within the same time frame. Its almost two weeks and i still haven't received my shipment...

Shop Elsewhere

I was researching companies and can across this one for supplies for my business and after the first encounter I can honestly say I will not do business with them again. Not only was my order processing delayed but I was charged extra due to "state taxes" that weren't collected during checkout. I felt that was very unprofessional and I've NEVER had a company miss that during checkout when a customer inputs their address. Not only that but customer service was not pleasant... the rep I spoke with on the phone was not friendly and barely wanted to inform me of when the refund would be processed and how long it would take. She also didn't want to inform me of how I would know that the credit was refunded after I asked a few times would this be documented.
To anyone that is looking to purchase products... I would highly suggest shipping elsewhere. It's just not worth it not to mention their lead times are lengthy before they ever even ship your order.

Bad shipping times
March 15, 2021

This company is horrible when it comes to shipping. I've placed an order on March 3rd and it has yet to ship. Today is March 15th. They don't give you any updates. You have to constantly be on them. They keep telling me that it should be shipped out this week. Should? They said they are swamped with orders but come on. I've placed an order with their competitors and will have already received 2 orders but can't get my 1 order from them. This is unacceptable. What attracted me to their website was their selection but after this first order I highly doubt I'll order from them again. If you don't mins waiting a month or so for your order then I guess it's ok but if your want your order in a timely manner, forget about this company.

Worthless Company

I purchased $1,000 worth of containers that had an ETA of 4/25 posted on their website, the purchase was made on 4/17.4/23 rolls around and the company sends me an email changing the ETA to 4/28. No problem, I thought. 4/29 rolls around and I receive another email stating the ETA is now 5/16. I called the company and spoke with Terry, who claims she couldn't call a supervisor to request cancelling the order and had to email them. I requested a refund and was told they would keep 50% of my money, even though they moved the backorder date two times. Terry told me I would receive a call back. 5/14, no call back from this company. I was lucky enough to speak with Terry again and she yet again insists on emailing her supervisor because she apparently cannot do anything. The company moved there ETA AGAIN, now to June 16. This company is worthless, and so is their customer service. Do not buy from them, I'm warning you.

You will wait!

Wholesale supplies plus is a company that supplies just about all of your soaping/lotion/bath bomb needs. They have great sales and "free" shipping over $25 but we all know that shipping is factored into the price. With that being said, you WILL WAIT for your order. It WILL TAKE 3 to 4 weeks for you to receive it. So, if you own a business like I do, you would be better off going elsewhere and paying just a little bit more for what you need. Oh, and if you are needing Lakes, best to go elsewhere because WSP lakes are not batch certified and their bath bomb colorant is not labeled to FDA specifications.

I have been ordering from WSP for years. They used to be my go-to for everything as the quality of the products is great and you can't beat the variety of various ingredients needed for making your products or the prices on containers. It used to be being a gold member meant something other than you've spendt thousands of dollars at this company, they would ship quickly and with only the 5.95 process fee, which was great. NOW... your order sits there for 1-2 weeks, then you get a tracking number that doesn't move for days, and they say "process times/lead times are 5-7 business days", which is not even close. If you want something, order it a month in advance. They have merged/purchased with about 5 other companies and now it's a nightmare, and two of the other companies I purchased from, they unfortunately acquired and is now the same slow (if they even REALLY have the item in stock) shipping. It has made me lose thousands of dollars in my business because they say they have something, but they don't, and they don't bother saying anything. I honestly wish I could stop giving all 3 of these businesses my money after what they have done, I simply do not trust them anymore. Sad.

This past year has been a disaster though. I get things are tough but when you're sending out incomplete orders with no notes just the items missing. Then I go to the item page and the ETA is damn near a month out. The jump the line people REALLY screw every thing up. They will charge you for the item even if they don't have it. Last time I spoke to them the lady told me when people order and use jump the line if orders are ready to go out that aren't jump the line THEY WILL TAKE THE ITEMS OUT OF YOUR ODER AND GIVE EXTREME PRIORITY to jump the line. It's borderline fraud in my opinion and it's happened more than a few times now! Still waiting on VCS I ordered a month ago that was IN STOCK when ordered and haven't heard a peep. They used to value customers with actually decent coupons and freebies. Now absolutely nothing just take your money and you get what you get. Super unfortunate. Be prepared to wait for your order is all I can say.

I ran into this business website one night, and I was very happy because they offer everything I needed until now. I order a book on April 29,2021, today is May 3,2021, and I call at 11.23 to find out by phone where is my order. Upon explaining to some lady by phone, she said it was going to be sent by May 7,2021, which means, the book will take two weeks to receive when I could order from Amazon, and receive it within 5 business days with no issues.

Upon continuing speaking and explaining to the lady, she hangs up on me. So I call back right away and speak to someone else. Speaking with the second person, I explain what was going on, she stated that they have a small staff and that's why the orders are process takes so long. She also hangs up and said my book order was canceled by the first lady I spoke to.

To me, if you have lots of orders coming from your online stores, then you making money so higher more people and divide to help each department to run your business smoother and faster. Also, as a business owner, I really don't appreciate people like the two ladies that hang up on me to customers and don't care. If they were working for me and I knew they did this to someone, I would fired them for a reason, " rudeness to my customers " Anyway, I don't recommend this company for Bad Service, and Poor Shipping, and without understanding.

I used to think this was the best site for supplies. They've redone their site a few times. Now I think it's harder to find things. They also do not carry everything they used to. I think they're a tad expensive now too. Maybe it's the price of oil, but I've found better prices elsewhere lately.

Shipping and Handling

They lost my business with there shipping and handling $8.95 for shipping $5.95 for handling for ONE item weighing less than 1/2 lb. NO WAY, Im done with this company. I run a business as well and I do not gouge my customers.

Zero Stars

First of all they did not send the product, they did not send an email stating they were not sending the product and said they were refunding the money only when i called. When i called they literally said we did not send the product because we do not like you. Is it my color? Maybe because i gave them a bad review, I mix scents of the same kind from different manufacturers and that scent was so bad it destroyed the ability of the item to be sold. However they still have three scents I like. In my opinion I think they are having sales to borrow money and they don't even have the product. Then i noticed an antibullying policy stating negative reviews were from competitors. If you succeed I do too. I want u to win. I have done business with these folks for at least twelve years and never had a complaint until last year. Pay with paypal not your cc because at least paypal will label them a bad merchant. Notice in the photos i paid and they did not put the money on hold they actually took it, then they took the order out of the system and never sent the item... they are a disgrace, not worth ordering to see if they will decide if they like you enough to send the order. They are accepting money in real time. My money that they got immediately was not fake it was real. No email sent saying they were not sending it either. They just kept the money and took the order out of the system

I am about to start my business back up... a potential big costumer... so I order a small order to test the waters... they advertised a lead time of 1-2 business days... two days beyond advertised lead time I called costumer service... the rep decides to start an argument with me... on advertised lead time basically calling me a well... deceitful... I wrote the lead time down in my planing journal! Still even with her lead time still a day overdue and still not shipped out! They when saying bye she was plain old RUDE! I guess they don't need anymore business... hmmmm! Not my idea of a wholesaler I want to work with on a daily basis... hope this helps someone else not waste their money! Wish I could choose zero stars...
