Love wholesale 7! As a business owner, you want a vendor who is very communicative and does a great job at making the clothes as shipping. Shipping is fast about 5 days compared to other sellers!

If you have important events birthdays etc DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are not reliable and they will take your money you pay for shipping which is high for fast delivery and boom! They tell you they don't have the items in stock you can't get a refund right away can't contact any human! I've have more than 3 experiences with them let down inconvenienced EVERY TIME FO NOT SHOP HERE!

I did a mistake when I was adding to cart, and made a size error, it didn't take wholesale7 hours or too much time to help me change sizes, what I'm trying to say is their customer care is a 10/10

So my first order was decent the majority of the clothing was good quality and I got rid of it pretty quick, so I decide to try it again and put a new order in. It was $500+. First i recieved an email saying it was delivered so I reach out trying to find out what's going on and all they could say was it says recieved, than they tell me to reach out to FedEx for a number that FedEx says doesn't even exist. I gave them the only info that FedEx gave me top give them and they just proceeded to tell me in every email that I need to obtain a record number, although I kept telling them FedEx said that there's no such thing. I live on the West side of Chicago. Can anyone tell me wtf was going on in July in Chicago?! Looting! Come to find out my package was signed Covid-19?! Who does that?! I've been messaging these people since July about my package and I now recieved a message saying it's been too long there's nothing that they can do, but they really never did anything to help me.

I purchased my first 2 inventory orders for my online boutique over 200 items, although processing took a while once shipped I received it in 2-3 days very fast, some items were out of stock I was notified and the refund went to my balance. There were a few minor issues however CHERRY my rep responded very fast to all my questions and concerns via whatsapp. The items are PERFECT, great material, true sizes I'm very happy and will be placing another order today!
