WhatGeek has incredible things lined up for people filled with fantastic creativity. All the gadgets on our website will have unique designs, colours and features, allowing people to create something of their own. Our team is working hard to offer items in various categories besides customizable keyboards, mice and other accessories.
The company enjoys a generally positive reputation, with customers frequently praising the high quality of products, extensive selection, and competitive pricing. Many reviews highlight satisfaction with the performance and aesthetics of items, particularly keyboards and gaming consoles. However, concerns arise regarding shipping delays, particularly for international orders, and occasional issues with product instructions and support. While customers appreciate prompt service in some cases, others have experienced frustration with communication and order tracking. Overall, the company demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, though improvements in shipping transparency and support resources could enhance the experience further.

I ordered a keyboard kit and keycaps for my boyfriend for Christmas. In the description of the keyboard kit it said "equipped with high-quality Gateron G Pro mechanical switches", so I assumed it came with switches. It does not come with switches. It took this company a whole week to get back to me to tell me they actually didn't have the keycaps I had originally ordered so I had to pick new ones. It then took them a whole next week to actually ship the order. I placed my order December 10th and received it January 8th. I also paid for shipping so it would get here faster (5-15 days) potentially in time for Christmas.
I purchased an item from this store and I understand it can take some time to receive shipment confirmations. However the estimated confirmation window came and went (about 7 business days) so I sent in an email asking about it. A bit later I received a response with my tracking number and a screenshot of the shipment progress. This was fine and the item came just in time for Christmas, but I would have liked an official shipment confirmation email instead of having to email support to receive one. I figured this doesn't happen very often but it's still makes me nervous when purchasing expensive items.
There was a back order on the item we purchased and they replaced it rapidly, during that time, I've always been in touch with someone from client service's department.
Love my all my items from WhatGeek! Just be ready for long shipping times, but honestly… it was worth it!

I wanted to express my absolute delight with the keyboard I recently purchased from your store. The tactile feedback is exquisite, making typing a true pleasure. The keys are responsive and well-spaced, allowing for a seamless and efficient typing experience. The ergonomic design has significantly improved my comfort during long work sessions, and I find myself typing with greater speed and accuracy.
Ordered this barebones kit for my first custom build. I love the quality and feel of this board. I paired it up with some Akko V3 switches and did some basic mods for a nice smooth sound. Would definitely recommend!
No issues with Whatgeek but the KB16 is a ridiculous piece of kit. It looks great and it's well built but the instructions provided did not produce any results. Pretty ironic that a tool that's supposed to boost productivity has wasted several hours of my life before managing to get it to partly work. After hours of research, attempted solutions and even editing the Json file, I managed to get it to partly work in VIA with limited results. The Via software is horrendous, I've had slightly more success with Vial but only marginally. Macro's saved to the device work on occasion but after a short period cause all sorts of weird goings on with my pc. Whilst Via isn't great, I'm fairly convinced this is down to poor product support from DOIO. Not impressed.
Answer: Had the best price anywhere on what I was looking for!
Answer: It's a legit but sketchy company. Be careful but don't necessarily avoid.
