Ordered on Christmas Day and arrived to Ireland two weeks later! Tracking was updated regularly and the item I received was perfect.

I'm having an issue with the console not charging and have emailed and still awaiting response as to how I get my item changed for one that charges

Bought Anbernic RG35XXXplus and rs36s both with 128 gb of preloaded games, had a slight delay in shipping but was compensated and even credited my discount code that glitches at checkout, Susan delt with all my issue's promptly, both working fine and are original devices not clones, kids and myself really love them, side note for the less tech save id go for the R36s.
Will definitely use again.
