Great prices, great selection, and outstanding customer service. Not a bad thing to say. Had a problem with my order. I don't find that a problem. What is important to me is how a company resolves the problem. I was completely satisfied.

Missing parts
June 24, 2015

I ordered scope rings and they are missing one screw. Kind of an important one, due to the fact it holds the ring to the rail. I am going to have to source on to make it work and I'm pretty pissed that they are selling thins that are either returns or defective.

Bought scopes along with rings and bases for my new 300 Winmag and 375 H&H through webyshops. Not only did I get a good price and express shipping, but customer service worked to get hard to find pieces. I have a number of rifles and have used several on-line sources for scopes and other parts. Webyshops is hands down the best. If u know what u want, u'll get it fast at the best price. If u need help, they have experienced folks that will ensure u get what u need

In my experience dealing with this company. I was dealt with in an awsome manner. When I placed my order It was not on their website that my items were on back order, But when I called in they Immediately found what I was looking for and ended up getting it shipped to me within a couple of days. Then It did not take very long to get it. I am very happy with my product and have told others about this awsome company. Thanks webyshops.

I purchased a lucid hd7 red dot optic and was given a scope coat cover at no extra charge it shipped same day and arrived In a few days. Sight is good quality and exceeds my expectations I have been very happy with my experience with webyshop and plan on using them in the future

They alerted me as soon as the Zeiss scope I was looking for came available for the price I wanted to pay. I ordered it right away and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Excellently managed organization.

Great experience. Best price I could find on the product. Super fast shipping. Once received, I decided the product was not what I needed, customer service was great about processing my return and exchanging for another product. Shipping was fast again, great shopping - highly recommend!

I received the package I ordered with no issues but decided as soon as it arrived that I did not want it. I took it back to the post office once I got it and returned to sender without ever even opening the package. I was given a refund minus 5%of the total purchase price. That is a large amount and I dont think I should be charged a restocking fee since I never even open the package.

Website was incomplete so spent time calling and ordering. Never got any confirmation but was told it would be shipped out immediately. Never came. After 2 weeks I called and told it was out of stock. I was then told it had arrived and would ship that day and I would get a email with tacking #. I didn't get one. Three days later I called again and was told they didn't know why it was not shipped. I told them if I didn't see proof that day of an accelerated shipping, I would cancel order. It came 3 days later. Good price was the only good experience.

My first order on this site was on one of the special package deals, I received the order and when i opened it was missing an item, I called them to inform them and they basically told me that because of state law they removed the item, im ok with that, but they should have notified me before taking upon themselves to do so, long story short they did won't refund some of the money for the item and won't replace it with something else either, which sucks because I heard good things about this site. Unfortunately it appears NOT to be the case.

I placed an order 30 days ago for two 223 loaders. I was not told that they were not in stock. Two weeks later I received an email telling me the units were in stock and requesting updated payment information since the PayPal authorization had expired. I gave them a credit card number the same day that I received the request. That was two weeks ago and I have not received my order. When I inquired about this I was told that the order had shipped at that time and the issue was with the USPS. It is now a month after I placed the order and I have paid for it and have no product and the only answer I get from the company is that it is not their problem. I will not be doing business with this company again and I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company

I ordered an item that I was having trouble finding in stock anywhere. Come to find out it was on back order here as well, I found that out after placing the order. Jeb Doyle sent me an email stating that fact, within one day, get that, "1" day, Jeb had located my item and it was on its way. It got here faster than the original shipping date said it would. Ordered. 22lr ammo limit of 5 boxes that became OOS quickly after being advertised online for a good price. WebyShops offered Item to be shipped when available. Sure enough it became available again in less than a month. I emailed WebyShops about the order. CS replied via email that items were shipped immediately. In less than a week, 5 boxes of the much difficult to find. 22lr. Came in the mail post haste. WebyShops pulled through on Christmas for me.
