Eric did a great job handling my issues. Had some minor hiccups with check out and got replied to back in a timely fashion, very professional and helped all of my needs.
Ordered a grill guard on 9/29/2020. Shipment delayed several times, so I tried to cancel the order. That's where the fun began. No one ever answers the phone, and received several responses to my plea to cancel that indicated no one knows what he or she is talking about. Finally, in November, had to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge.

Did I have to wait over 20 minutes each of the $ times I talked to them, no one knew what was going on there. They didn't have the rims in stock even though they let me order them, no one told me they would have to be ordered. I was tossed around like a salad for months. I never did get the wheels. This company is a
Bunch of clowns. I wouldn't buy a keychain from them.
First time ordering from vivid racing, and they did not disappoint. Ordered the afe axle back for my 18 Elantra gt sport. Delivery didn't take long, all the parts were included. Was surprised by the duties lol being in Canada. Remember to keep that in mind but besides that great experience

The overall price is a bit pricey compared to other cars exhausts but hopefully it's worth every penny.

We ordered a part and were quickly charged for it. It still hadn't shipped in 2 weeks, so I reached out to find out when it would be shipping. I could not get anyone to answer the phone, so I sent an email. I got a response that someone would look into it and get back to me. Within 24 hours, no one had, so I sent another email. Then, I tried the live chat. I was able to speak with someone on the live chat who told me that I could wait and it would ship sometime, but no idea when, or I could cancel. I chose to cancel. I was told it would be 3-4 days to cancel and then 3-4 days to refund, I informed them that is unacceptable. I did receive a refund in 5 days, but I do feel like this is a fraudulent business. I think they only refunded because I told them I was planning to dispute on my credit card otherwise.
Great product, fast shipping, and most importantly... great price! I couldn't be any happier finding these guys!
I would absolutely do business with them again they have great products and excellent communication with thier customers.
