We weren't sure what we exactly needed and we told you and you helped us get it right. However your no returns was a bit stressful because 300 is a lot to toss.
I just needed a tool and they had it. I ordered it and the communication was very clear and frequent. The part hasn't arrived yet, but I ordered it 15 minutes ago and have already received 3 emails.
Great customer service. Addressed my concerns quickly and professionally! Will order from Vividracing again :)

Ordered an item and they canceled it possibly because I used 20 usd voucher code.
Post which requested them to call back but they couldn't because my number is international. Manage to chat with an advisor Keaton who gave me his direct extension number and after making 5 attempts he was not reachable during his working hours.
Best everything period. This includes pricing, product knowledge, customer service etc etc. 10 out of 10
I was initially impressed with this company. All sales reps seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. However, after selecting and purchasing some wheels their website said would fit my specific vehicle they refused to do anything to assist after learning they did not. The hub bore was smaller than what was needed and I couldn't use the wheels which I had just spent near $900 on. Their customer service department essentially said it was my problem and not their's. I've placed a dispute with my CC company and will never do business with them again. I'd recommend spending your money with other merchants who value your business and will help resolve issues such as this as opposed to blowing you off.
Keaton was very honest, efficient and got me what i needed when i was having issues on my end. Highly reccomend Vividracing!
Took the time to check earliest availability. And was very polite hard to find for sales today. If the order comes in on time that would be a big plus, I hear too much about people trying to cancel due to late arrivals and blame it on sales instead of manufacturing.
I've only just ordered the exhaust, haven't received it yet, but Chris@ Vivid has been super easy to work with and offered a great deal on a great product.
Tried getting certain parts from several other online companies, canceled two orders, always a reason they didnt have something or couldnt get me something. I was over it! Ran across Vivid Racing and had zero issues in getting the parts i was wanting. Ill be sticking with these guys from here on out!

I am overall satisfied so far of the process of buying goods from your website. Just one small note, it would have been preferred if you have stated the Estimated Time of Arrival of the product. Other than that its all good.

Ordered an antenna mount for a 2004 4runner. Waited 3 and half weeks and still had not received the part. I called them and they said they hadn't shipped it yet but would get it out immediately. I waited another week and a half and called back abd they STILL hadn't shipped it. I explained that this had been 5 weeks already and of course the customer service representative couldn't care less. He seemed to have no idea where he was. I asked for a refund and he said sure, it'll be 2 or 3 days before it hits the account. I waited over a week before seeing an email confirmation for the refund, but still haven't seen anything come through the bank yet. Hope I see the money one day, wouldn't recommend this site to ANYONE. STAY AWAY.
On 10/14/2020 I call vivid to place an order for a complete set of wheels. I speak to Tyler the rep who tells me he has one last set of TE37Sl wheels in stock, he told he was looking right at them... about 5 days go by I email them asking about my order I was wondering if I'd get a tracking number and some other rep responded and told me she was waiting for the manufacturer to respond to her request, me confused as it is, I respond and ask if the wheels are even in stock at their warehouse? - I don't get a response. So I call and speak to Tyler he told me they had sold the one wheel out of the set so I asked for a refund on that same phone call, that took place on the 19th of last month, since then they have been constantly lying about when my refund will hit my account, I've called several times, emailed several times, filed a complaint with the BBB and still nothing, it might be time to lawyer up but we'll see if I get a refund or not... buyers beware this company is a scam their reviews are fake and they know it they are very dishonest with their customers and this is not what the car scene/ Enthusiast/ hobby world is about and it is a shame that they're doing this I've done plenty of research now and it definitely shows over the last 20years of them being in business they have been scamming just like this the whole time...
Easy to use website, prices and selection are great. Will look here in the future for more mods for my car.
