Ordered on Dec. 5 for a Christmas gift. Not received by Jan. 10. If you contact them, all you get is an automated message saying they are very busy. Guess what? I am, too. Now I gotta waste my time trying to get a refund from Paypal.
We ordered one of their campaign tshirt. The color was poor, quality of fabric was cheap (very thin) and they sent the wrong size. It was 2 sizes too big from what we ordered. Although they claimed that's what we ordered. Needless to say, no refund after waiting almost two months to get a response from them. Watch out for this company! They are a scam! Poor customer service and poor quality product. Whoever is this Bryan D. We've been corresponding too is a complete moron.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter. My dad passed away and I thought this would be the perfect Christmas present for her from`Him`. Ordered in plenty of time. Now it's1. 10. 18 and still no order. No response yet with any kind of date either
They say there products are custom and do not accept returns.
Nothing custom about them.

I ordered a Roldx wall clock from them, poor quality, Not worth your money at all. Clockwork made it for two hours then it stopped Again BEWARE Fraud and nothing else

I wish there was a ZERO star rate as I'm ticked I have to even give them one star... It is so undeserving! The tag I bought for my son was SUPPOSED to be from Mom. They sent me one from Dad... It is cheaply made and not worth the almost $50 Canadian $$$ I paid for it. I have emailed them three times and left four messages and they will NOT return any of my calls or emails. As a business owner myself, this is THE WORST customer service from a company.

I ordered dark blue colored Detroit shirts and I received these terrible blue green colored shirts. I tried reaching out to them via email, Facebook, phone-absolutely impossible to get a response. It takes weeks to hear back from anyone and then they do not solve the issue. Stay far far far away, $40 down the drain.
Ordered 2 dog tag necklaces as gifts. When they arrived they were cheap plastic fake necklaces that one could purchase outnof a gum ball machine. Contacted the. Several times via email and voice message without a response back. Will have to dispute this charge with my bank as this company is dodging me and obviously wont answer me back or take back this plastic junk
Was really looking forward to giving Dog Tag Necklace to my son for Christmas. I was SHOCKED when the package arrived, I truly thought it was a joke? When I contacted the company they gave me the run around and are NOT standing behind their product! No refund, no offer to exchange not even a professional response to my concerns! PATHETIC!
I ordered 3 necklaces for my daughters for Christmas on December 5. When I hadn't heard from them 3 weeks later I emailed and called them with no response. I finally contacted PayPal and got immediate results that my items had shipped. They finally arrived on January 3. They are very cheap and I will never give them to anyone and they will go directly to Goodwill. If I could've given this site negative stars I would have done so.
Product is crap - should never had shipped to me - repeated email requests for assistance have never been responded to.
This was supposed to be a time sensitive gift that now is in the garbage.

Do not buy a shirt from Viralstyle! We ordered a shirt for my daughter for Christmas. As soon as I opened the package, I knew I had been ripped off. I don't think its possible to make a shirt of lower quality than what was delivered. The shirt is almost see through it is so thin. I am afraid to wash it, fearing it may disintegrate. Also the size is completely wrong. To add to the misery, the size is totally off. There is no way what they sent is a large. Positives - The print is actually very good. After contacting customer service I was told "At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges". I highly recommend you go elsewhere for T-Shirt purchases.
I ordered a daughter necklace because my daughter is leaving for the Navy and the necklace was perfect with words. I received it yesterday and it is not what was advertised. This necklace has the right wording but the words are so small you cant read it. Then they put a plastic piece on the front almost to magnify it and it looks ugly. Very upset that I cant even give this piece of crap to my daughter who leaves in 3 weeks for the Navy. This was suppose to be a meaningful Christmas present. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY THEY ARE A SCAM. THE ONLY REASON THEY GET A 1 STAR IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO RATE THEM!
