I purchased merch from thebunnybarbie and was sent a sweatshirt that had a putrid smell and didn't look like the sweatshirt advertised. I reached out to customer support which was prompt and they apologized and offered to reprint the sweatshirt and send me what ordered. Again, I was sent a sweatshirt that was not as advertised. They literally sent me the same thing but without the smell. Wasted my money on a sweatshirt and time waiting for my packages. Will attach photos below of what's advertised vs what I received. I added a ring light and flash but without both you can't even read the writing in person on the sweaters I received.
T-shirt arrived quickly. Looks just like how it was advertised, and fits great. Not one of those thin, too tight t-shirts.

I believe this is regarding my order of the "sherpa lined" jacket that was approximately $40. It was paper thin and looked NOTHING like the picture shown on facebook. There was no paperwork enclosed with the jacket to return it. HUGE waste of money and thoroughly disgusted
I was very pleased with the response time that my order was shipped. Even though this shirt was a Christmas present for my grandson it was shipped and I received it in just a few days. I think he will love this shirt and wear it many times. If I have the opportunity I will be ordering again.

When you order from viralstyle take into consideration their color chart is off. I ordered a yellow t-shirt, and a khaki color shirt was sent to me. I sent messages to them with getting no reply back. Won't order from again
Shipping was good. Thought this was going to be more of a hoodie/sweatshirt vs long sleeve T-shirt otherwise my son loves it!
